@Betja, is there possibility that in the near future you can lowered it down to 50k sats? You have actually one of the casinos giving generous amount of sats in faucets. And you can actually level up using your winnings from claimed satoshis.

So for those who don't want to deposit yet, why not try increasing your level by betting all those winnings. Because as you level up you also increase the free satoshis from the faucet.

Your email was answered yesterday, In case you did not get that we can send a picture of it here or in PM to you. As we mentioned, there is no restriction on your account, you can bet (pre-match, live, multi ...) or Exchange if you want. you do not need to deposit, but when you asked for withdrawing your little amount in your balance that you got from Free BTC, one of our colleagues told you needed to deposit before that, as you see on our FAQ page. it is a general rule for everybody and not just you. let us know if you have any more questions.

Fully disagree with this bold part. I wouldn't come here with this matter if there was no restrictions. And I respect the rules of deposit for preventing the faucet abusers. But this isn't the only issue in my case. Restrictions has changed in my account on time to time.

• Only pre-match bet was available. Multi and live match betting was disabled.
• Live event betting option become available with lower max bet limit and exchange option disappeared from my account.
• Exchanged option is back.
• Multi bet is available from today but max bet limit is still lower than before.

Your email has been answered again check your inbox and spam again please. No one can exchange Free BTC on Betja, that is why you need to deposit before exchange. Max bet depends on the event and when you place a bet could be different too.

Max bet depends on the event and when you place a bet could be different too.

This is true. I have noticed that for some matches we are only allowed to place one live bet for that event. If you try to place another live bet, the system won't accept it. For other events, there are no such restrictions.

As for the betting part: I like their pre-match odds a lot, but limits are very low.

Regarding live betting, the odds seem to be much lower (bigger win margin) and I don't like them that much. Will mostly stick to pre-match betting.

Wasn't it supposed to be for people who have claimed the free BTC, used for the bet, won, and looking to withdraw them? Well, if 1.40x wagering requirement is for everyone to withdraw the fund, even who didn't claim the free btc, there's nothing wrong I think because if such rules are not there, it's very possible that some will abuse this and use the site to launder money. They will be used as a mixing site lol. I don't agree with the low limit though. It should be higher. I don't get why would they have to do it.

DO you think 1.40 odd is quite high? Anything below 1.50 is quite a safe bet unless there's something stupid happen. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for 1.40 odd. If it's lower, it will be a 99% sure bet which I think has no meaning of requirement. But it's a bid weird that they didn't mention it anywhere in their terms and conditions. They could have mentioned it in their terms and conditions to avoid any such chaos.

I believe there should be a rule for every deposit. If I'm correct, there are sites that require X wagering for your deposit to be withdrawable in order to avoid abusing the system by mixing or breaking links. Don't they have it on their FAQ/ tc section? I think they must update it so that no question arises in the future from other players.

If I'm correct, there are sites that require X wagering for your deposit to be withdrawable in order to avoid abusing the system by mixing or breaking links. Don't they have it on their FAQ/ tc section? I think they must update it so that no question arises in the future from other players.

I think it only applies to new users who use the welcome bonus on their first deposit. Before making a withdrawal it requires several times wagering usually up to 30x or 50x.
If not using the deposit bonus it is not required. It's just that every casino applies a minimum withdrawal limit in order to make a withdrawal.

Having an account recently, everything was in order to receive Free BTC every hour. There is a problem with claiming my Free BTC today, as it asked me to place a bet before claiming my next bite on Free BTC Box. Thus, I just want to clarify that Free BTC is not solely Free, but there are some restrictions, and you have to bet with a minimum of 1.40 odds.

It seems your case was treated very individually. I think support avoids answering here so as not to make Bitcointalk a communication channel. It could make support have a lot more work here if everyone start writing to them.

Be careful with Betja at the moment. I requested a withdrawal last night and it was just returned to my account and now the withdrawal option is disabled.

I recommend avoiding depositing until this is cleared up.

From what I have found out, Betja has never had any major problems or accusations of scam. It looks like they've been on market for a few years now, so I guess you have nothing to worry about. Contact the support and explain the situation, because in my opinion it is only a temporary problem. But of course, let us know how the case will go.
