Both of you are right as I check on the site again. The exchange is only available to convert from BTC-USDT/PM or ALTCOIN-USDT/PM, which does not help us convert to altcoins. If that is the case, I agree with you that it is better to convert to USDT and withdraw it directly to another USDT wallet as the fee is only $1, lower than using BTC to withdraw. It will be better if there is an option to convert to an altcoin as another option too.

Based from their faq, https://betja.com/faq, they have no minimum or max deposit.
But of course, in terms of withdrawal, just check each coin their min amount as well as their fees.
You can easily check it in their withdraw tab, and select each coin and the min withdrawal + tx fee will be displayed.

The choice of matches is more diverse so the difficulty level is higher, but it is not impossible to get any prize it's just really luck that can help to be able to get the prize.

Freebtc button on my account is not there (this happens several times do not know the cause)
My experience used their faucet, you can do 3x claim and after that have to do a bet with min odds of 1.4 and after that can return to claim faucet. Regarding "The total stake is more than your balance." this message is also often experienced when I want to use the max button to place bet, just reduce it slightly from the number of satoshis that you will use to bet, don't forget if you want to make withdrawal you need to make 0.001BTC deposit and place all the deposit amount in certain odds.
