As of last time I remember, i sent a support mail to the team and they did reply me back promptly.
I don’t know what might have happened in the recent days.
And to be honest I didn’t find any glitches or bugs in their site to be honest @ilvbtc .
I guess it’s might be some sort of error from your email service provider. Are you using gmail ? if so then you won’t find any difficulty for receiving the recovery email.
Also Betja team, i am unable to find live chat in the mobile version and yes I haven’t logged in into my id yet. Do i need to login in order to see this?

The ToS of Betja doesn’t contain KYC or AML policy which is safe to assume that they are not requiring KYC when you register Betja account as well as during your withdrawal and deposit with any amount. I search a few post on this thread and I saw the confirmation of the Betja representative here about KYC. I can attest that betja doesn't require KYC upon withdrawal. But don't know if this will change if you are a high roller or has big winnings. But so far, they don't require KYC. Also, when it comes to odds, they are indeed have better odds but check their max bet limits because in some betting lines they only accept small bets. But it will prompt you that the max bet will be xxxx if you bet more than their max.

Have you tried contacting them via telegram - @JASupport24? The handler of this account always reply as soon as he sees you send him a message. And he makes sure he resolved your issues.

Don't worry, we can guess all we want as it is free.  Sometimes, even if I chose the winning predicted team still they can lose in actual match. So yes, we just need to wait for the results once the game is over and hope that we will get more green from our choices. I think, even long time bettors on this sports can't get a perfect results.
