Well that's not gambling anymore since you're not risking your money, it's good they have a promotion e.g. guessing the winner, but sometime a faucet promotion can be misleading or abused due to not clear rules. i think the faucet depends on the status of the player. they have their own parameters how they will identify who can have a faucet or not. it is not exactly clear about their protocols on this one. maybe reach out the betja support itself if you want to know why you don't have a faucet tab.

Maybe he have two domain of his website. One of them working perfectly and there is issue with Betja.com domain.

If it is two domain they are operating on, they should specify it on the OP so that users will know which of them to login. But when I login to the domain or the site that the OP provided as showcasing in a pictorial motional image. It opens smoothly and the features are okay on the platform.
