Dogecoin, which started as a meme currency but received a lot of support from the billionaire tycoon in the past few months also gained in value. But this positive trend in the cryptocurrency market is no guarantee that it will see the bull run, which started at the beginning of this year, again so soon. At most, the value addition to the price of Bitcoin and other digital currencies over the past two days most likely seems temporary.

What are your thoughts about these 2 coins' future and is it possible that Musk will decide to the hype on something else also? Green coins are getting more popular. Why doesn't he mention any of them? Which one do you think needs such a kick?

I can tell you Dogecoin is NOT a scam. It's been around the crypto space for a pretty long time now. What I can tell you is that Dogecoin is not meant to be taken seriously because of the large number of coins in circulation. Even developers said so. I'd say DOGE has hold onto itself pretty well, even though other coins have died quickly. It may not retain its price for long, but it's certainly a fun little coin you can use for experimental purposes.

For some reason, DOGE has attracted the likes of Elon Musk and other popular figures (eg: Mark Cuban) in the mainstream world. Especially Mr. Musk who's been a staunch proponent of the "meme" coin lately. Anything he says could positively affect DOGE's price, so I wouldn't be surprised if the coin "pumps" after the next bull run. As long as you don't put all of your life savings into crypto, there should be nothing to worry about. Just my opinion

Wow, telling the truth, I've never heard of them.. But I will check it out. It's always interesting for me, learning the new projects. As I'm sure there are lots of underdogs worthy of attention. And there's no interest following top coin and projects only.

Indeed, many dog coins are scams but some of them can survive well. Dogecoin and Shiba Inu are two examples of the best meme coins that survive well in crypto market. For meme coins which already proved to us that they have the ability to survive well, I think it is okay to invest in them. But of course, don't invest all your money in meme coins, just use a small fund. For a fundamental coin like IOTA, it is probably good to invest. But I think there are better fundamentals coins to invest in such as BNB, ETH, MATIC, SOL, or DOT. I am not familiar with IOTA, but as long as it has strong fundamentals, no problem to invest in that coin.

Bitcoin drop to $20k is an opportunity to hold because it is cheap compared to ATH, however you should not invest in bitcoin by selling a car or pledging property to invest. Bitcoin will bounce back and spike could hit new ATH but who knows when it will happen, so don't invest in such a risky way.
Doge will always be a meme so if you invest, be prepared to think about the consequences it will bring, possibly losing everything when you invest in doge.

People nevertheless will continue investing everything hoping that Bitcoin will rise very soon. But I don't really think it will happen soon. I really advice to invest in privacy coins now. I also continue mining Crypton and it shows a growth now, no matter almost all the coins follow Bitcoin. So please keep your mind clear.

People can do whatever they want. Whether they will be successful or not, only time will tell. I think I agree with you that it is important now not to lose your mind and pay attention to really reliable projects. But personally, I'm not ready to invest in bitcoin yet.

Yes you are right. As practice shows, such projects very quickly become popular / hype, and then just as rapidly slide down. That's why I choose to either invest in really reliable projects. For example, as I wrote above, Crypton still continues to grow organically.

That's exactly what I was saying. It's not the right choice if you want to invest and make good money on it. I prefer maybe less popular projects and coins, but that already proved their stability and improvement, like Crypton.

The rise in market exchange rate price for DOGE since Elon bought Twitter has been astounding.  I'm sure he's already made a small fortune off accepting DOGE for his "Burnt Hair" cologne earlier in the month.  It's up over 50% just in the last 24 hours.  There always seems to be something hyping DOGE, but as far as I can tell it's still seeing lower highs.  I question if this latest pump isn't just more of the same.  If the price doesn't break over $0.20, then I think we're still just seeing pump and dumps.  If it does get significantly over $0.20 and stays there, I could see it making a run for a new ATH on the news that Twitter will be implementing DOGE payments.

It makes sense. I also suspect that this is just a hype. Maybe someone will be able to get some profit from this cryptocurrency, but in the long run it is better not to use it.

I also think that the ban on the use of privacy coins will have a wonderful effect on their growth. People are always interested in trying something forbidden. There are always ways to get around the bans.
