Since most team are Vietnamese, Is this a Vietnamese project?

The way they presented their project is not very newbie friendly, they need more graphical presentation to make it more readers friendly.

So the IDO will be in CardStarter, I see lot of IDO that holding in there gets succesful 100% completed, I don't know if it's a really good place or the project does give investors a good reason, I hope this one will be able to get it too, later.  Will Spores add support by holding a campaign or promotion later? Marketing will have a clear impact on this IDO.

I also think almost the same as you, is this a project developed in Vietnam. But I also saw in the thread that they only show 3 teams moving here and don't explain the other teams. did they just do all these three things?
