I don't know if people still believe with gold-backed projects. Because only few of these blockchain projects backed with gold are legit. Most are just fake gold-backed projects. If they are serious on this one, they will also disclose their team members along with their profile links.

Investor protection is only during the token sale, After that you don't care about the token price in the market. Because it is not under your protection. Maybe you mean like that. Not too appealing we need more proofs  but in all honesty you dont need to do all that formality just to sell your token, If you really have a good product then insured or not it will get sold to investors.
