When someone doesn't want to pay you for the goods you provide, and just keep delaying the payment with some stupid reasons. You call neteller support and tell them your account has been stolen, that's right guys.
You've been telling me for a days that you are waiting for some payment from a bookie, and as soon as payment arrive on your skrill you'll pay me for accounts. And guess what, that didn't happen, even though you had money to deposit on one of my "bought" accounts to play.
