является ли нарушением замкнутая транзакция - транзакция отправленная с адреса на этот же адрес
и если является какие экономические последствия кроме спама в блоках она несет? какие риски?

то есть pos без дробления можно легко замкнуть на тот же адрес и выставить правило что награда+ stake монеты будут отправлены на тот же адрес который создал pos блок? при этом возраст монет обнулится?

Ессно обнулится. Он при любой транзе обнуляется. Читайте внимательнее "выдержки из обсуждения..."
