I do know small runs can be costly but would it be rude of us to ask what was the production cost?
This would help us understand not only why they cost so much but how much profit this “team” is looking to walk away with from the honest, hard working niche community of physical BTC collectors.
I know I did say last question earlier
My two cents, next time have a trusted European long-standing member of the community that we all trust, load the coins. Half your problems are gone right there

Okay.
We can provide identity, whom should we provide identities to? Please tell us what other transparency is required. Should provide to MJ? to you ? Don't mind providing any id or identity.
Thanks
Why not right here in public? Pretty much everyone here knows who I am, and I don't even make coins. Good luck,,,, I wouldn't even buy a 0.001 without knowing the identity of you and your "team". Cheers Edit Terrible choice on the batman thing - you obviously let your personal interests influence your design, as I see zero connections with that... Can't even resell this on ebay with that trademark violation lol... Thank you. We'lll try to list it and see how it goes.

Yeah made the mistake of loading those coins ourselves. Profit is not that high as minting was expensive, plus months of time to get those designed (coin + hologram). Also, bought btc to load the coins when btc was high. Anyways, not sure what to do for now. Will just wait and see. If it is a matter of trust then that will take time anyways. Thank you.

for me it is the price at .009 and .05 and with a btc price of 36,000 they are equal to 324 and 1800 USD respectively.
seems high for a 1/2 oz of silver and 36/360 (worth of BTC) - to break even we would have to feel the that the funds are first secure, and that btc would need to get to close to 300k in price just to break even.
that is what makes it hard for me. I know there are many though that dont bat an eye at spending 10x load value for a coin - however, I cannot.
Funds are secure. Worried about posting identity publicly. Prices reflect work put in. Will think about it more if needed. We can send identities to some known community members. Let's see. Thank you

Does the 0.0042BTC price include funding or is funding separate, in addition to 0.0042BTC?

Hello How are you? Coins are already loaded. 0.0042 BTC includes "coin + loaded 0.001 BTC". If multiple coins are ordered, we can arrange some discounts + shipping can be free as well . Please sent us a message with the coins you like and we can go ahead with the order. Thanks

if these are solid silver as the other listing you just changed from "plated" to "solid" then you may want to change this one as well.
but now that brings to question how you could confuse plated and solid.

Hello There is no confusion. We are saying one is Gold plated Silver coin (gilt) and the other is Polished Plate silver coin. By silver plated we meant absence of any gold plating but it has a high mirror finish. Of course, all coins are .999 fine solid silver coins. Here are more details from the invoice by the Mint: We will add this to both the posts. Hopefully, this has clarified your doubt. Thank you for trying to understand and helping us make it more clearer for others. We are also new to the whole minting process so apologies if we confused you in any ways. Please ask if you have any more questions.

Hello How are you? Really good question. Basically there is a private key hidden behind the security holo sticker. Just like cas and other coins Added images in the original post. Here we are showing a single coin being peeled . Thanks

i received my coins as well. parcel came crushed and soaking wet through post, no idea wtf my local post has done with it on the way. surprisingly, the coins have been so well packed they endured and survived the accident or whatever that was. the coins are intact, so are the slabs and certificates. a good sign i guess.
the coins look great i must say, but there are a few things i have noticed that i don't really like that much or would have done differently.
1. the coins came in some Lighthouse slabs that have a little too wide hole for the coins. this makes the coins hit the slab's plastic whenever shaked a little or dropped. i never owned a real PCGS or NGC or etc slab, but i think the coins aren't supposed to move inside?
2. my slab's top tag has the logo cut and glued on top of the tag. also, the scissor cuts are clearly noticed. this gives the slab a very cheap/weird/unprofessional look in my opinion, something that could have been fixed by only paying more attention to the cutting. maybe next time print some helping lines around the tag's text so that you at least have straight cuts and a proper rectangle/square rather than a weird shape.
3. although this might not be raritycheck's fault, one of the slabs has a smudge on the inside, on the tag. there are also some scratches/smudges (maybe glue?) on the inside where the coin is sitting. maybe these are scratches produced when the parcel got crushed, no idea..
4. certificates. if i were you, i would have printed them on business cards. much thicker than paper and a much more professional look overall. the use of multiple fonts and font color/size makes it look kinda messy as well.. some are underlined, some are blue, smaller, larger, brown, black, bold, different font.. why not use just a single font with a very minimalist design? maybe a black certificate with white or silver text for the silver coins and a gold certificate with black text for the gilded ones. i don't know, just an idea.
overall, i mostly care about the coins rather than the slabs and tags/certificates. however, i think smallest details sometimes matter the most. and if the smallest details make the coin look cheap/unprofessional, that means there is so much more room for improvement.
i am personally very very new to crypto collectibles and only ever owned a few coins so maybe i have too many expectations since i don't have a history to look at, but i really think a professional-looking certificate/slab tag would only cost at MOST a few more bucks per coin although i'm more than sure it's so much less than that..
pictures coming very soon. right now, i only have the pics of the smudged slab. raritycheck, please take this as constructive criticism and a warm message telling you that there's room for improvement. i personally think that a little more attention to the details would do wonders.
Hello PontiusTP Oh no!! Not sure happened with the post. Sorry to hear! We had packed coins very nicely, so coins should be okay. Thank you for these comments and we welcome your criticism. These are all very helpful points. We are excited for your pictures, please do share. Usually, people don't send in ever slabs. We just thought of doing it to keep coins safe. Admittedly, the batch of coins we sent to you were the first ones and was not upto the mark when it comes to certificates. But coins were packed carefully. As a gesture, we had already sent you a Satori chip because we felt we could have done better. Since then we have improved on certificates. In fact, now we send laminated certificates. So to make it up to you, let us resend you certificates on our behalf and we can also, resend everslabs if you want us to. We will pm you. Thank you for taking the time to post here. We are grateful!!

returned with some pics. this is how my parcel arrived: but as mentioned in my previous post, the coins and slabs were intact since they were packed very well. here's a front & back pic of the slab that looks fine with no smudges. notice the top tag i was talking about with the glued logo: now here are the new certificates: and now here's the old certificate. while i liked that you only used a single font, a single font color etc, i don't like how they were cut and how that logo was glued on top: closer pics of the front and back of the coin.. notice in the last two pics how the coin can hit the slab if shaken hard enough. also, the glue smudge, scratches or whatever that is can be seen in the pics around the coin: and then, here's a pic of the smudged slab tag. i would be an idiot to say these guys didn't try to make up for any mistake they made. through PM we had a solid communication, they responded quickly, the coins have been sent immediately after payment, they sent the Satori as a gift, new certificates for free and so on. since they're new around here, i'd personally give them time since nothing can be perfect straight from the start. there will probably always be room for improvement and for their first product and especially for my batch which i knew was the first one from the start, i think they did pretty well. about the trust issues with the coin's private key.. this all comes down to each of us. i've seen users around here saying they can't trust themselves with the private key generation but i've also seen the opposite, people who can't trust others with generating them. maybe next time it would be a much better idea to either do them DIY, send them for private key printing to a reputable member of the forum or simply ask the customers to choose themselves between you printing them and you offering them the holograms separately. no need to send the slabs again, i think that for a collection the slabs with mistakes are actually worth more over the long term although i may be wrong. would love to see the new certificates though, i'm curious about those. Wow! coins are in perfect condition! Thank you for the pictures! Those smudges are coin colliding with the ever-slab cover. This happens if slabs are shaken a lot. Most probably, because those coins were in the post for a longer than usual time, so those have more smudges than usual. Also, you do have the earliest of the labels. And earliest of the certificates!! Thank you for your kind words! It was amazing doing business with you!! You are the best!! Sure, we will send laminated certificates. Thank you again!!

Hey How are you? Thank you for post Not looking to make any quick bucks. We are here for the long run. Once we have sold enough gilded ones, we will launch a second series as well:) We genuinely got three messages with phishing link to single site. Here is the phishing link: Edit: [DO NOT CLICK ON THIS LINK] <bitcointalk.org.index.php-topic.5344593.0> .raiciegodesign.com It's the same domain everytime. Also, we actually complained to Namecheap domain service: https://twitter.com/RarityCheck/status/1424819190880514058Three people sent us the phishing link from the same domain, btw. Do you need more proof ? Also, it's okay if you don't trust us But please don't come and just say stuff like 'To eager to make a buck you forgot to pay attention.' We have delivered with and without escrow and also, delivered on time with more than 10 people now. We have done everything from our side to make sure our side we are as transparent as possible. Addressed multiple requests from buyers. Thank you for visiting the post. Team RC
