This isn't just KYC you're telling people to buy from the site so that you can send them 20$,
I think this is a regional offer and I don't think the site offers anything in my region, So I can't opt into it anyways.
To sum it up this promo is - Buy whatever you want from the site for 19$ excluding 1$ fee, And you'll get 20$ back from me in crypto, Is it correct?

That is incorrect. Revolut is a banking app. Signing up with them constitutes opening an account. Worldwide (some countries still beta however). No buying of anything is involved. The refer program just states: "3 card transactions must be made, virtual or physical". |

Hi, it's not exactly selling KYC for $20. You must provide it to Revolut, the bank/fintech app, to complete sign up. The company's been around as long as Coinbase, I believe. Reward to first 3 people increased to $40. |
