yes, I used to smoke 2-3 cig pack daily 2 years ago. But I give up that.

Nope,.I would say that the long term consequences of smoking cigarettes or weed can be quite serious.

Both substances can have negative effects on your respiratory system and increase the risk of heart disease and stroke. Additionally, addiction can be a concern for some people who smoke regularly.

Smoking can kill you slowly
for others this is a challenge if they can stay 1000 years old from smoking  Wink

I have quit smoking 7 years ago and yes my life changed and my health goes tronger.

I personally don't smoke, I tried it in the past but I didn't like it, I think it's a personal choice
and maybe it is mental help as you did not suffer from complication from cigarette smoking .
