79 today and still going strong

Well here I am with another birthday, and still no signs of any sickness or disease. I haven't been vaccinated for over 60 years, and I don't take any pharmaceutical or other drugs. I don't use any supplements or so called health aids, and |I try to stay away from doctors and hospitals. I will confess that I probably drink too much coffee.
I'm still a believer in Bitcoin, and consider it to be a long term storage of wealth. I've been a bit slow in jumping on the altcoin bandwagon, but I'm starting to believe that several altcoin have potential as currency alternatives to fiat and government cryptos. It's my loss that I haven't had time to do sufficient research to invest in them.
I hope all you guys are staying healthy in these difficult times, and that you are staying hydrated and getting enough sunlight.

Happy birthday OP! It sure is an incredible feeling being able to reach that age and still going strong, I do hope that trend continues many more years to come! I do believe that you'll still see a lot of Bitcoin evolution in the coming years, this is just the start of a new wave of adoption!

As you guys know, I'm not too worried about the 'rona. I understand that it is highly infectious, but it is not a health risk for anybody with a half way decent immune system. I'm more concerned about the government handling of the supposed pandemic. For example, there is no scientific basis for 6 feet social distancing from a health perspective, but it does help with facial recognition via video cameras. The other government actions have questionable motives as well.
I'm in Hampshire in England, so there are a lot of political actions that are designed as substitutes for membership of the EU, and to strip assets for the benefit of the banking elite.

I've also missed some good altcoins run but that's it. I think that it's still fine to remain as a bitcoin maximalist but if you think that some of the altcoins are good to invest and you have spare to invest with, you do it.

How about food (& drinks too) , do you eat and drink whatever you want whether healthy or not, if yes how do you feel afterward? What food or drink makes you sick or better?
My body handles Natural foods better than the synthetic unnatural ones. And I've become more aware of what is going on inside/on my body.    I tend to think that what people don't see as health issues or what they see as normal shouldn't be affecting us atall...example, running nose, cough, stomach ache etc, do you experience those atall?

What you write about health is very nice and interesting. What kind of lifestyle do you have to be this healthy? Is the secret of this work sports or nutrition or..?? I really wonder. I'm glad for you that you are healthy by the way. In the field of healthy eating, I try to make and consume many things handmade.
