Suggested ASIC mining hardware for newbie

In the past few months I have invested in GPU based mining (3 GPUs) and am now thinking of acquiring ASIC based mining hardware. I have few questions below:

• I have a budget of approx USD 2500. What kind of ASIC miner would you suggest?
• What coin will I be able to mine? Can I select what to mine?
• Approx wattage, hashrate and approx USD earnings per day of above
