- What the name of the tokens that were missing?
- What were you trying to exchange?

So they agree that it's their faults and they will send user's token back at a later date or something?

Sounds like a smart contract problem. I think it's a wise decision if you decide to stop using them after this. More details would be appreciated though, as mentioned above.

They gave the reason why they've lost a lot but that can be an insider's job or they've been hacked?

Such platforms are hiding the actual reason but if they've said is that it's the failure of Binance, they should be more precise what's the cause of it. The actual cause is on their platform and they should be honest with that.

Did you lose them through the BurgerSwap bridge? There was someone with this issue on Reddit. When you bridged your ERC-20 token to BEP-20 did you copy the correct contract address to add the token to your wallet? Search your address on bscscan.com to see if the wrapped tokens were sent to you.

This is an obvious way of Inside Job , and you can not do anything about this but to accept the fact that you are one of the victims here lol.

if you have no enough proof then better to move on and use this as a learning experience

Ive heard of the exploit happened so it means that they just money grab it? I think some big projects are saying they have a flash loan attack but seriously is it something on defi an accidentally will happened. I believe some are inside job and we can really see either the team behind it or not.

So basically burgerswap might do an inside job here. Just an assumption but the possibility could be there.

I am very much worried about Decentralized exchanges like BurgerSwap. Not only BurgerSwap but also so many DEX which is created to stole people's money. Recently I made a trade on ApeSwap finance. It needs private key or seed phrase to connect wallet. Then I realized that it is a fake website. 

It's better to use swap sites that just as you to connect your wallet via third party wallets or apps like metamask or wallets that suppport wallet connect. That way you don't risk leaking your private keys or seed phrase to a scam site.

It don't why people classify all those shit exchanges as decentralized exchanges. They are not.

i agree with you mate. Because it's the most reliable way nowadays to trade/swap your token in different alts.. Instead of using exchanges that required specific information such private key, phrases and etc  because its like you let them know the keys to have an access to your wallet. wherein unlike swap sites that you can use *wallet connect" only and no any stuff that can collect our personal information, you can really tell it's very safe indeed.
