The problem with gamblers is that they don't know what they want themselves most of the time. When the casino has no gambling license, they complain why there is no license. When the casino has a license and requires them to undergo identity verification to comply with KYC/AML regulations, gamblers complain about having to do KYC. They don't want to submit their identity documents for different reasons. I think having a license in gambling will determine their status as a legitimate casino but having a license or not is still debated until this day. Having a license won't protect their customers, right? So it's supposed to be for the casino only if something bad happens to their business, right?
