I am not part of the management. I am handling this account handling wintomato chat. I am not responsible for answering affiliate-related questions as it's a totally different section that is handled by Wintomato account itself. What I understand is once they decided to close the partnership, they deleted the deeds which simply disabled the account of btcgosu. That's all based on my assumption.

From the repeated posting of their promotional offers,  a lot has not been done to clear the air of every possible issue of accusations that the team would have ignored but they choose to look away from every possible, complaint coming against the casino.

Although this is the formula that is mostly applied to such casinos who does not respect their own reputation and are not willing to make any possible amendment to such image that they already created.

Would you mind elaborating more? Did you even read the response that I have already posted? The misunderstanding happened between Gosu and the affiliate manager of our platform. The affiliate manager somehow disabled their account, and you should know that the account was back to normal because I am JohnTwice, contacted the team about it and asked for a solution. Even though the result was not 100% positive, it's not negative too.  

Now if you start asking why the account was disabled? Why deal was canceled? I have answered this too. I do not have access to the affiliate part of the platform. The deals are made between the affiliate manager and the party. Are you still criticizing me saying I ignored the questions?

I think what Wiwo is saying is in relation to the general reputation of wintomato.com as a casino, going through scam and accusation board, there are some (1 or 2 issues I know of) scam related accusation against this casino which I believe is still not attended to, (I used the word "believe" because I am not sure since it's been a while I last checked that thread).

So, in general, most gamblers in this community now consider this casino as one of those to ignore, or stay away from due to lack of good reputation which you guys seems to be doing nothing to build up.

There are no open scam accusations at this moment. All the accusations were solved even before I joined Wintomato. Yet, after I join them, I posted this and Invited all accusers to submit any proof they might have;

we are trying to ensure the best service on Wintomato. I am not talking about any specific case. But, most of them are bonus hunters! They use multiple accounts to take advantage of the generous bonus system that we have. I am here and looking forward to fixing any issues users may have. But, you have to note that we won't be able to satisfy everyone. I guess you know what I am talking about. We don't have to satisfy abusers!  

Those accusations are just angry gamblers who lost by playing on our platform. However, I invite them to come up with any proof they might have.

I haven't seen any of them, and it's been five months since I am working at Wintomato. So, accusing a platform without knowing enough information is not good sign at all. I would assume they just posting because of the signature quatta.
