Why moderator JUAN1500 in telegram dont want to asnwer to my simple question why I have got 2 time less points for Referrals betting level when I should get 1 point for every 80 bets from all of my referrals?
I asked JUAN1500 should my referrals bet more then minimum bet to be counted for Referral bettings level way to get more points for level up account and increase betting speed but still moderator dont want to answer me to that question,I asked if I got less points because my referral used faucet or because referral deposit was too small or if my referral need to make some amount of bets so my points could be visible?Or should I need to wait more time to see level points on my account but moderator keep ignoring questions like it doesnt care if casino will lose new and old users LOL.
Is JUAN1500 WinTomato uselless daughter or son or even lover which cant find a job so that person got first job ever in life at this casino?This is the worst moderator ever in my 10 years experience in crypto dice sites with chat.JUAN1500 probably know answer but keep telling me that I should find answer in FAQ or TOS but there dont exist answer to my question,that moderator so lazy to type simple answer for what it takes only couple of seconds LOL.
Should I waste whole my day by finding answer at Google search because of lazy moderator and who knows evne if I will find a answer in Google LOL?

The best solution, is never to speak to (Moderator) because is a third-service. Moderators are not the core-team, so what they can do just forwarding messages. If the moderator doesn't get some answer there always have 2 scenario - Confused - Just Ignoring these and hoping disappear (because he don't get answer from the team). Based on negative review from @OP thread, they are not honoring a deal between their partnership on some platform/service. No wonder, they not answer your question. |
