Also where you are from especially if you want to do this in person.  I recommend anyone do these types of transactions at a safe station for trades.  Police stations allow for safe trades to make both parties safe.  Done it before for multiple in person trades and it's been smooth.  Goodluck with your sale OP.

sorry to burst your bubble but these usually go for 1.01 at best. makes it todays market $45k aud. ading to the hassle of carrying 45k around in cash its going to make for a difficult trade.

I think that valuation is a little low. I anticipate the seller could get closer to 1.08-1.09.
