Thank you for this, only a kind and selfless heart could do this and I so much appreciate it. Additionally, despite being the first on the list, I still have a few merits I can spare for the rest members. How I wish I have more, I would have done the needful to help them better. I promise to donate 1 merit each (11 merits) to these people in their deserving posts. I hope other people would further help out.

I as a beginner, really support your program which is very good, indeed with a program like this it will make members of this forum more enthusiastic in discussions. because of course there are still no people who get a large amount of reward even though their discussions and posts are of high quality, I think your steps will be useful including:

I am not a source of merit and do not have abundant merit, so I can only provide some of the advantages that I have, and hope that there will be other people who are willing to help according to their abilities.

You have good intentions, mate. But this shouldn't be allowed considering the minimum requirements mentioned by @Ratimov, I also found many users who were even close to the minimum requirements, but instead of adding them to the list, I'd rather make my own list in notepad about them and include them in the list once they meet the minimum requirements.

I have also helped some of the people you sent, although not many and hopefully others will take the same opportunity.
