Look the Bitcoin right now, the bitcoin is surging up again and doing great after the dump of the market but I think it is just a high swing for now and Bitcoin will dump again after some weeks or days probably. Just like what you've been said mate, what we need today is a diamond hand and HODL for long so we will not be able to suffer a huge loss. Just remember that having a diamond hand is better for those who are weak hands that will immediately sell when they saw that the market is dumping.

I think that most of the bulls will be playing sneaky.They will shout "sell,sell,sell" while hodling their own BTC,so the panic selling continues and the Bitcoin price drops even more,so they could buy more BTC.
By the way,I don't get why there are so much pessimistic FUD posts on the forum in the last few days.
The Bitcoin price was at 32K USD yesterday,today it recovered back to 34K USD.
There's no reason to panic,even if the price drops below 30K USD.

It is normal for the market to go up and down, because BTC has been continuously hit by FUDs from China

also because btc is volatile . fuds or no fuds , btc price dont stay in one place for too long but it will make a way to create a movement

in this market, you should always think that 1 BTC is still 1 BTC, if there is a decrease, there will be an increase. Please be patient.

if you own 1 btc your 1 btc will get smaller once the price go down and if it increases your 1 btc will still be small .

Lot's of people are really aad currently must of them are scared and the are selling there coin which is very bad. Currently the only people I believe they should be scared are d newbies which are new in Cryptocurrency and not have this kind of experience before but I believe but I believe if it has been long you started cryptocurrency I believe you shouldn't be scared. Bitcoin is currently down which affected other altcoins which is temporary I believe very soon bitcoin will definitely bounce back so you don't have to panic and sell and you don't have to sell at lost.

Everytime there's a bad news affecting crypto, the market is declining, our actions are reflecting to the price of the coins if we buy or sell. Hence this is the reason why the current market is moving downward, many investors are panic selling due to FUD.

It is good to remain positive, however, you can't blame people for cutting their losses. This is how whales play they will leave you in fear and buy all the cheapest bitcoin they can leaving you with losses. Take note that as long as you don't sell anything you are not losing. if we sell on a large scale and many other investors do the same, then the price will continue to fall, and this will certainly be used by the whales to be pumped back. and finally they do the same thing again, which is to sell when the price is at its peak, and finally the novice traders spend their money again

What's going on in the cryptocurrency market is just crazy. Despite some important breakthroughs, the exchange rates seems to be going down. For the first time in the history, Bitcoin has been made the legal tender of a sovereign nation. I was expecting that the exchange rates would go up by 5x or 10x after this news. It was disappointing to see the correction instead. I would rather blame the mentality of the users. They simply refuse to learn from the past incidents. I just can't believe that the China FUD can have such an impact on the market, after all these years.

The one who's spreading too much in social media and any communities are the whales because they want to take advantage of this and earn a lot of profit. Rich people are getting rich because they're too wise and planning this to gain more wealth. All we need to do is just HODL and wait for it to recover because if we sell, the cheap price right now will just be take over by those whales in the crypto market.

For long term investment hold bitcoin is a good investment. but nowadays people also like short trading. if I myself now keep daily trading but if I am required to hold long term I can do it. the key remains consistent even in a loss condition.

The problem here is the coin can keep crashing, and that will represent a bigger loss, we must be wise and pay it with the brain and not with the feelings. If we know it will go don, then sell to buy later is the best move. But in cryptos we can't predict the future, so, grab some popcorns and enjoy the drama.

It definitely is the best move but that's the catch. We can't easily predict if it will go down.
"Most" of the people think it will go in some direction but then the market always goes opposite and then the people sell in loss.
But then again, that's exactly where they tend to do the biggest mistake. Selling in a loss is the biggest mistake.
We only lose when we sell in a loss. This is why what OP mentioned is accurate. We need diamond hands to hold so that we can get the profits in the long run.

I agree with you, indeed we can't sell BTC, it only benefits the whales. because that's the moment they take advantage of. and finally right too, slowly BTC recovered. we just need to be patient and mentally strong so that we are not easily tempted. it could be that the FUD that has been developing since the beginning of the Chinese regulations that stopped mining is at the same time the FUD that is used as a tool for institutional whales to make big profits.
