hello guys seams like noobs getting hunted with million of issues XD

long story short one of my miners died 3 weeks ago and I checked everything and find out that the PS was dead I ordered a new one and I was happy to find someone shipping cross the oceans to the desert and when I replaced my powersupply my miner can't hash! I do a research some of the S17 answers is there is a fan not working.


is there any recommended fans for the s19pro am running and if there is another issue let me please.

It seems it still a PSU issue, not a fan issue because according to your log it passed the fan check look below

But the error above about power voltage, it didn't meet the target or it's not giving enough power from PSU that is why it's not hashing.

Try to reconnect the PSU remove them from the board and plug it again and test.

Than you for your time, I did what you recommend and still nothing fixed 2 times it's giving no lights while everything is good on the main page of miner NOTE I cut of the electricity to change the plugs with another miner and they work fine, is it might be the control board or the cables?

It seems it still a PSU issue, not a fan issue because according to your log it passed the fan check look below

Do you have an extra s19 pro? If you have, try to use it to test the PSU.

If you don't have one, try to physically check the control board and check the power terminal and plug if there are burn parts.
If there are no burn parts under the socket or the wire try to flash it with the latest s19 pro firmware from Bitmain and make sure you directly plug your miner on the wall outlet. I'm not 100% sure if it can solve the problem but just try it.

If nothing works then you have a defective PSU and it needs to replace with a working PSU.

I find out that using a wrong screws was the mistake and I purchased a new screws and it fail I need the screws size if anyone can help me with, for the mistake it was auto corrected by my phone "NOW it's running without anything wrong" then 20 minutes later I find out a red screws<<< the one that connect the power-supply with the hashboards.

Do you have an extra s19 pro? If you have, try to use it to test the PSU.

If you don't have one, try to physically check the control board and check the power terminal and plug if there are burn parts.
If there are no burn parts under the socket or the wire try to flash it with the latest s19 pro firmware from Bitmain and make sure you directly plug your miner on the wall outlet. I'm not 100% sure if it can solve the problem but just try it.

If nothing works then you have a defective PSU and it needs to replace with a working PSU.

Now its running without anyline on



What do you mean about this? Is that the data cable from the control board to hashboard?

OK it's the power supply as the guys mentioned just replaced it and it's will work fine. I'll leave this here so everyone can know that's the answer helps me.

alas, Bitmain just can't make a perfect gear again, it has been the case for years, the 17 series had a huge failure rate due to bad solder, and now the 19 series has a high PSU failure rate, you are not alone in this, I see many folks on telegram complain about these PSUs, including those who have perfect electricity setup and thus it isn't an issue with electricity whatsoever, Bitmain must have messed up with something in that PSU, they probably used a cheap component somewhere to save a few bucks resulting in the failure of mining gears which they sold for a few thousand dollars.

I have a similar problem.
Here is a log:

And PSU do not start again -> Overcurrent protection .
I measured hash board separately on the 220V line and current of each hash board is same -> +-5,1Amp.
If are connected only two hash boards, S19 miner working fine.
I thing my PSU have a problem with current and shuting down after +-5-7 minutes, control board looks good, because EN signal from control board to PSU is in low stage.
FANs are OK, no dust.

Does anyone advise what is wrong in PSU ?

Hi all, I'm having a similar issue but with my brand new S19a Pro... it's online but not hashing. There were 10 min where it did hash but at a very low rate. Chip states and temperature showed abnormal so I rebooted it. You can see it in the history log here:

After rebooting, it's stuck in this perpetual state of online but not hashing. Btw, there was plenty of airflow and my room is a cool 73 degrees F.

Here is the current log. Can anyone help me understand "ERROR_SOC_INIT: soc init failed!" and why entries like, "Chain x only find 100 asic, will power off hash board x" show up? It doesn't show a power issue. I'm also connected to the internet and the pool, but hashing is just at zero.

It appears like all 3 of your hashboards need repair. "Chain x only find x asic" means the control board isn't able to communicate with all the chips on the hashboard, and it can't operate a partially working board.


Have some dead Bitmain 17 series hashboards or full miners?
I'll buy them ... send me a PM with what you have and I'll make you an offer!
