How has crypto positively impacted your life?

Crypto has been down of late but it has improved my life in various ways. Before crypto, I have always had a void (dramatic isn't it), but with it being part of my life, I feel more excited and fruitful in general.

1.Not bored anymore
I need to be stimulated constantly, it is just how I work. I play basketball, video games, work yet I was still bored at times. I would Netflix occasional but it was just a filler. However, ever since being in crypto that has completely changed! I have been studying crypto as a whole, not just what I am buying but everything and it excites me a lot. Understanding TAs, blockchains,proof-of-work and many other crypto elements work has made me

2.Unnecessary expenditure
I used to spend a decent amount of cash on basketball jerseys that I don't wear, video games that I don't play and subscriptions on sites that I don't use. After taking part in crypto, I have deducted all these unnecessary expenditures and put those cash at work with crypto. Those things will depreciate whereas cryptos seem to be heading over to the other spectrum.

3.Excited about the future
I was never really excited about the future, time passed and that was all. But crypto changed it, day in and out I look into crypto news and the whitepapers of various cryptos. All this gets me excited for the future. I believe that crypto is the future and I just cannot wait for the day when it is a norm to use cryptos over fiat.

The impact of bitcoin in my life is that I was able to buy the things that I want and need without the worry of not being able to eat the next day. I think that experience that I have is enough to say that the impact of bitcoin is pretty big for me albeit I feel like the experience I have shared looks a little cliche.

Crypto Bitcoin has helped me a lot since I registered here, in bitcointalk. I got into Bitcoin in middle February if I remember right, the problem was that I couldn't understand it. Terms like proof of work, hashing, elliptic curve performing and their combination to achieve this completely decentralized system seemed foreign to me at first. [Cough-cough!]

Before that thread, I was watching YouTube videos and reading articles and I can gently say that they didn't help at all.  

Honestly, Bitcoin has made me:

• Financial freer.
• Richer.
• Interested in an innovating technology.

Bitcoin made me rethink what money is, and which role various institutions playin its distribution and regulation (and whether this role is justified). It also motivated me to get to know more about how fiat works as well (to see the differences between cryptos and fiat), how trading is done, what are stocks and many other things about economy which I didn't know and probably wouldn't have learned otherwise. Apart from that, I think I became more chill about money in general, seeing how volatile Bitcoin is. Nevertheless, I'm still waiting for the times when I can use Bitcoin freely to pay for any things that currently require fiat. I hope that we're still in the early days of adoption and many amazing things are ahead of us.

The impact of bitcoin for us can be said to be sufficient, because when the world economy weakened, there were layoffs in almost all companies, and added to the lock down, not allowed to move, had to stay at home, bitcoin gave me a solution, to be able to improve my finances, fate ok there is a friend who wants to introduce me to bitcoin, now I no longer need to think about daily needs, thank you bitcoin...

I think with the lockdown in place, crypto helped a lot for my family because I have been helping them with the spending and so far so good because I have spare money that I can use to invest in other crypto and blockchain games.

Financial freedom, ever since I've been in crypto, seen the bullrun and made profits, then put forward food in the table for my families and then some. So it's a huge impact for me, and could say that it is a life saver because prior to that I've lost my job and it was timely that I discovered bitcoin.

And with the recent covid-19 pandemic, I hear that several of my friends are affected as some of they have been cut by the companies for down sizing. So I'm lucky that I entered crypto in the right time.

My involvement with Bitcoin has awaken my consciousness in matters that concern my security and privacy; "being your own bank" is a feature associated with Bitcoin, quite a lot of users prior to getting into the network were simply content allowing others handle their funds and didn't care as well in who's hands their data is in or will fall into, making them vulnerable to robbery.

Axioms like "not your keys, not your coins", and the aspect of control and freedom of funds is in itself didactic, people learn how to be more careful with their funds, to keep their data safe so robbery/$5 wrench attacks don't happen etc, that's quite a lot of impact already, without yet mentioning that it as well is a hedge to inflation and the ROI it can give investors.

I am confident that crypto has a positive impact on our life because i am earning and supporting my family needs while i am at home and still spending time with them.
Also i am able to sustain their wants because of crypto help. While on lockdown many people lost their jobs but thanks to cryptocurrency we are still able to make an income.

Crypto is the real reason that turned my life around until now. From living in debt, non-stop sermon from my parents, and financial troubles for years, getting into crypto was the best decision of my life despite that my “former” friends and colleagues disapproved my career-change.

Of course, I started in earning free cryptos (airdrops, bounties, tasks, etc.) and converting them to Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. Then I started learning more about crypto and give free education to various communities in the Philippines. I used my money from the cryptos I’ve earned to roam around and educate.

Then all of a sudden, I am in love with crypto and getting addicted with it. I even used my gains to travel around the world, living independently in another city away from my family (a 1+ hour plane ride back and forth), buying some stuff that I want, giving back to my family, enhanced my skills even further by being a Youtuber (especially that we’re in the COVID-19 pandemic), etc.

I ain’t gonna let this go. Crypto for life!!!

Crypto has opened so many more avenues for both innovation and technology acceleration. I find that the blockchain technology itself is a pivotal point towards many large scale businesses.

Personally, crypto has given me the means to hope for a better financial future for myself and those around me. It has also made me aware of the mass of opportunities out there that many skilled individuals could take advantage of.

It’s all over the news wires and the recent interest from government agencies has certainly added to the hype.

As always, new technologies bring out the statisticians and charts have been doing their rounds, which represent the hype cycle of emerging technologies.

the impact we feel from bitcoin, is very much, our finances are improving, unemployment is reduced, poverty is reduced, people no longer sweat to produce their daily needs, they just sit back and relax at home, pressing their laptops, and can provide for their families, although bitcoin does not make you rich, but at least bitcoin can give us a little room to move..

I would like to answer this from my personal perspective.
For me it was hard to find a job while I was studying and preparing for exams and most of the places did not accept people without any experience or even if they did they had such bad rates!!
( My mom worked full time for only 70$ )
Therefore I had to somehow support my family, when I started selling my artworks through cryptocurrencies, this not only gave me experience but it also gave me more confidence. Then I was introduced to signature Campaigns which are honestly amazing. I consider this working for a company that dedicates their time and money for people on the forum. This not only helped me learn more about cryptocurrencies but it also helped me get on the day to day news.
When you are on the forum and posting anything, you have to know !! Thus my general knowledge increased drastically and I do have a reason to study a little about the affairs all around the world. Plus seeing how companies like Roobet and duelbits are organizing competitions just overall is connecting everyone in the crypto world and helping many!
Plus the campaign where they fed people during covid actually did more than what other people and the government are doing for them. Cryptocurrencies have impacted many and words will forever be few.

I have to say that Crypto currencies has broadened my knowledge considerably. I got into Crypto currencies a few years ago, because I was a victim of Credit card fraud and I lost a lot of money. I started looking for an alternative payment option that would be a safer option than Credit card payments and I found Bitcoin.

This changed my life a lot, because I did not just get an alternative payment option... but so much more. (Examples : Knowledge on trading and encryption and also alternative income options)

For sure it is already too cliché to mention that it helped me a lot financially so I'll share other positive effects it has given me over the years. I have became more responsible with my time management, before crypto I am not that type of person but now that I got involved in here, proper time management is very necessary. And crypto makes my life become more colorful. Working every time I want to, not based on the schedule like in the office.
How not, the crypto market is very uncertain and sometimes surprising. so we are often made very nervous with this crypto. If you are not mentally strong, you can even get stressed. 

2.Unnecessary expenditure

Depend on each individual. It may relate to money management, how we can set our best funds to invest, trade, and use for our life daily needs. Sometimes, I will prefer to use my money for crypto. But sometimes, cashing out money from crypto to spend for my family's joy only. Just make it happy every time.

3.Excited about the future

Of course, we must have trust in the crypto future because this will also influence our future. Btw, about the future, it may also sometimes make us worry about what will happen. But, as long as we are ready, we can face it.

Btw, there are still many conditions and influenced by crypto, such as:
- getting freedom more than we are working at the office
- Talked by many people around me because I seemly have no job   
- Getting more income than when working at an office.
- My point of view and understanding about online technology is widely developing, not only about selling something.
