DECRED (DCR) Mining - StrongU/MicroBT - Good time to mine ?

Just check out some miner profitability on whattomine dot com and looks like Decred (DCR) shows the highest profitabilty using miners like the StrongU STU-U1++ and MicroBT Whatsminer D1 or even the Bitmain Antminer DR5 (34Th).

My requirement is not to stake but convert to fiat immediately. and the question is that if I'm able to get my hands on one of these miners, should I go for it ? ETH showed the highest profitability a few weeks back and now it's DCR. I am not sure why there is a sudden increase for this and I am unable to find any articles on profitability of DCR mining as well. Any help would be appreciated.

they changed the algorithm 10 days ago, but with such a distribution it’s difficult to make money there:

"The Decred network has successfully switched over to a new PoW mining algorithm (BLAKE3) and implemented a new block reward split (89% PoS/1% PoW/10% Treasury).
Please note that it will likely take some time for the network hashrate and block production times to fully stabilise."
