What would you be doing if there was no bitcoin?

I just want to firstly thank Satoshi and all the early bitcoin devs for literally creating a whole industry. Without bitcoin and crypto I would stuck in an office job as a middle manager. Bitcoin literally gave me and many others a way out. I am able to now create and build projects that would not be possible without bitcoin due to massive barriers to entry in the legacy world. And I am so grateful to Satoshi and co.

With that being said. What would you be doing if bitcoin did not exist?

Being into the crypto space really gives me a lot of opportunity like investing in bitcoin, trading in the market, and making a profit on it. So many opportunities like doing signature campaigns, being exposed to blockchain games, etc.

I believed without bitcoin or if bitcoin doesn't exist I guess I'm not exposed to this financial stuff and probably I don't really have something or even savings, since I just save a lot and learn a lot when it comes to financials and investment when I started in cryptocurrency and bitcoin.

But for sure at some point, I wanted to have a small business and probably buy a small apartment so that I could buy a passive income, or maybe just invest everything on real states.

Congratulations OP on your progress! Your achievements are reflected in each one of us. Bitcoin gave us the freedom we have long wanted. It is a pity that there is still so much meanness in the world that they limit the world's population and especially the most vulnerable.
There are still rulers who oppress their citizens violating the right to choose and feel free.
Without bitcoin I would also be working in an office earning an income that barely covered my needs.

Bitcoin is a revolution really! If it hadn't hapenned the horizons of many lives would have disappeared along with their hopeness!

^ Without BTC? Probably when it comes to payment method, we are still using an e-payment fiat or a debit/credit card, and probably during the pandemic, still people using fiat and continue to spread the virus, good thing there is BTC that help us on becomes paperless payment. Regarding trading, probably people trade on stocks without cryptocurrency is boring in trading. Nevertheless, we should be thankful to the creator of BTC that until now there are many people who benefited most of what they/he created.

Some people here express the opinion that if it wasn't for Bitcoin then another coin of such sort would appear soon. Well, I wouldn't be so sure about that.

Let's not forget that Satoshi is a genius, his idea is very original and differs significantly from what we're all used to. It's one thing to know the technology, be smart and have the professional skills to create technology, but it's quite another to be that creative.

In addition, the fact that Bitcoin isn't easily accepted by a lot of people, and even now, after years of efforts towards the adoption there still is plenty of people, even in IT, finances and business still deny cryptocurrencies, think it's a pyramid or that crypto system has no future indicates that cryptocurrencies may be way ahead of the current overall intellectual level of the population.

When it comes to financial aspect then theres no doubt that Bitcoin did really changed up my life as i do able to free myself with that 8-5 dayjob that i do have on where i did really make myself sustainable and making out some real world business came from my profits here on crypto which is really a great or big help to start up a new journey and thats only for personal experience but in overall then lots had been helped out neither personal or the entire community as a whole in terms of new payment system.If bitcoin hadnt existed then we do just simply been stucked into the old traditional system that we are in as of this moment.

If there is no Bitcoin and also no crypto exists, I will live with my life like previously before interacting with crypto.
My job will be probably still the same, as a worker in a company, getting bored work time and also must obey the rules of the company as well. Or probably I will continue to be a teacher at a school.

Crypto really changes my life. Although I am not working at any company again right now, being a self worker at home, day trade, it really changes my life. I can work from anywhere if there is an internet connection. And I can take some holidays whenever I want.. really thank full to crypto.

I would probably find a part time work and continue being enthusiastic with my studies in college but it didn't look like it will be the case otherwise and I wouldn't be going on different places to travel and eat because money is definitely going to be tight everytime.

This thing is what would be my destiny or faith if bitcoin doesn't come into picture. I mean for sure up until now I am a full time employee working my ass off, smelling the dirt in a construction site to be able to pay bills, to pay rent of our house and other expensive expenses. What I mean about expensive expenses is that living today cost you more I mean almost cost you all of your monthly salary and left nothing for a savings, it is just like your living in a rat race where your expenses is following after you receive your salary and that is totally horrible.

Lol, that highlighted part relates to me perfectly, I do remember while trading on huge amounts I couldn't sleep, because of the excitement from the trade when 5% goes up and down.

Then having a thought as if you're going to make the trade-in profit because you might never reach the profit percentage, and ended up selling everything just to sleep.
And then the next day the coin crosses your profit percent and you wish you would have had slept without worrying about the coin's future,

So the TIP is: Thinking about the trade before executing it and don't mess with in between unless necessary

I would be working in a shitty 9/5 job and investing my savings in traditional financial assets-stocks,bonds,retirement funds,etc.Most of the crypto users would be going the same thing in a world without cryptocurrencies.
Bitcoin had a great impact over my life.Without BTC,I would have been flat broke 4 years ago.
There were ups and downs.Happy moments and regrets,but I don't view Bitcoin as the most important thing in my life.After all,Bitcoin is just a financial asset.Bitcoin is NOT your best friend or your girlfriend.

If Bitcoin does not exist, everyone will still be on their feet either working to satisfy their employers, company, or organization or still likely doing online jobs, tasks or survey which is very obvious.
The discovery and development of Bitcoin interface has really attributed to the vast innovative expansion of the crypto world significantly increasing the size, liquidity and the expansion of the entire crypto market, allowing new ideas, developers and easy and simpler environment for new crypto traders and investors. Without all these developments, life would never be easier for you and I when it comes to making money online.

If I have not been exposed to Bitcoin, I may also invest in other projects or stocks, or I may open a shop with my friends to do a little business, but I think even if there is no Bitcoin, there will be other cryptocurrencies. I will still search for online jobs and make money from the internet. Besides that, maybe I will search for offline jobs because I need to get a job for myself and my family. I already work an offline job, but I need to search for other things to make more money.

But after bitcoin invented, I can make money from bitcoin and I still use my time to make more money from crypto. Yes, we are really grateful to bitcoin because bitcoin helps our lives to make money.

I would still be googling for how to make money online and find the financial independence we all dream about.Luckily I found Bitcoin and I found it by doing that search "how to make money online" back then so it made me curious.I started learning about it everyday until in 2016 I build some rigs to mine Ethereum.I still do mine now Ethereum with a much powerful rig but if Bitcoin didn't exist,I would still be searching for that perfect internet opportunity to make money online.Until now I don't know anything that comes close to Bitcoin or crypto in general that can partly fulfill (we all keep our crypto looking for that full financial independence) our dream of financial independence.

I don't know if i don't come into this field maybe i can be more richer than now. I got a lot of money when i graduated from my college, so that money i got from BTC make me lazy and i'm so stupid not using that money in the right way. So, right now i just shit in my office from monday - friday. T_T
