A word of warning before playing on BitStarz casino

I'm not really surprised as Bitstarz (and 1xbit/1xbet) spend massive money on advertisements and getting their banners on most crypto websites. I have a feeling they particularly prey on publishers who are strapped for cash - and believe me, there are a lot of them - and wouldn't mind trading their reputation for a quick buck. These advertising campaigns must be successful, since they seem to be luring an ever-increasing number of newbies to their casinos using gamblers' money to pay for the ads.

aside from the fact that it's a scam site, I'm also shocked by this:

What if these scammers come to your house and commit barbaric crimes against you and your relatives? What if they sell your address to criminals?

I confess that I had never seen this requirement to do KYC

It's not a valid kind of proof of address, as someone could post a picture of themselves next to a street sign 10 hours away from them.

It is always been a sad thing that there are still becoming victim of this cam site , when the truth is there are so many case for this .
just searching the name of the site will brings you to this forum and the scam accusation section of this.

What's on their mind, anything that you will put your money, you should do research, always think that where you will go after if they ever scam you and is the site reputable and with good reviews from independent players, they just believe on everything that on the site is, we will have more and more post like this, and even if we don't want to blame them it's really on them for not doing the right thing

I can't even remember when I played at BitStarz... maybe 4-5 years ago... maybe even 6 years ago! That was when I started with crypto... like a century ago! And I had some good runs there, the first place I saw with so many slots and table games, and all were free for playing without any country restrictions! Country restriction sucks when you live in a third-world country!
After that "bad things" started to happen... too many accusations even from reputable members here! So I just found another place to gamble! New crypto casinos offered a lot more than BitStarz... somehow I feel it's still the same, they offer less than some others crypto casinos!

PS: Once again we have a newbie that comes to complain AFTER losing money! As always I wonder "why the hell they didn't come here before risking their money"? Did they even try to research a place where they plan to deposit a little fortune?

If he did research before playing then any kind of promotion or luring will not work on OP because he has done his research and he read reviews coming from this forum, the basic of all basic when playing and investing is to read reviews it only takes 5 minutes of your time and effort but will save you thousands of dollars.

I am sorry for your loss OP. This shouldn't just be a word of warning before playing on BitStarz Casino. Your topic should just state the obvious and make it known that BitStarz Casino is shady and that gamblers should not even consider playing it there.

The site can always go back to their conditions to make it appear that they are not actually running away from their responsibilities to pay, but it does not suffice. I am sure they wouldn't mind this if you end up losing instead of winning.

How would one tell if a gambling site has issues with reputation except you find one who have been a victim at a point or you fall a victim to it. Taking quality time to scrutinize a site before depositing is very Paramount as long as online activities is concerned as well as going through their terms and conditions to ensure you are ok with it. but it's enough for them to find you easily, when I do KYC I give all my real data, but using that data to find me would take time, unless the person went to the internet  company or water company and kept asking questions, but taking street pictures is already something more dangerous in my opinion.

The saddest thing about all this is that the owners of these sites are anonymous, the sites have no headquarters and physical office, but even being anonymous they ask their customers to do KYC

bitstars casino is a scam site They disable account of gamblors without reason. they ask for kyc document they didn't response .i didn't see any any profit for using this scam site bitstars , you can use other sites gambling and you should try small money if the site is not scam after that you can deposite any other amount if the sites work normal and legit . everyone shoud be carful when using any sites in the internet especially these site that using  money or crypturrency

This is not really fair, you have no way to trace who are the people behind this gambling site, they don't have to ask for KYC because they are not under by any regulators, they know that some gamblers do not want to undergo KYC and by asking KYC they think that the players will just forget the withdrawal, there should be another thread created for this gambling site on the sam thread.

If they still use that way, they will lose their member because their member will move to the other gambling site that does not require KYC. The member itself has the right to search for and select the gambling site and if they think that the site does not give what they want, they will not use that gambling site. That means those gambling sites will not get money and could not be online for a long time. We can not do anything with their term and condition, but we can select the other gambling site.

honestly speaking i think it's too risky to use all those casinos that are on this site, why don't you use trusted casinos that are on this forum? imagine if any of those casinos become scams or make selective payouts as you expect to find out if they do? but if you use trustworthy casinos from here on the forum you will be able to know when the casino becomes a scam or if the casino makes selective payouts

Casinos involved in cryptocurrency will always be found here so they should normalize searching it here first before doing any risky moves. And if there's a lot of red flag on a certain casino why even bother to risk just because you see something but that doesn't mean it's what it is. Some of them use it as a bait to gather more newbies then eventually scamming in the process.

But honestly, I don't take the reason that they are newbies why they fall on the trap. It should be a common sense to always DYOR before testing the site more especially when you are about to give your money there.

Imagine, 3 ETH then will just deposit to a site that easily? It's the same as just throwing money to unknown. Common sense is not use in that case.

I didn't see them that much in the Scam Accusations being mentioned as a scam gambling website, a lot of them are either Ponzi schemes and people who got scammed by the ever infamous 1xbit. Can someone provide list of accusations against BitStarz because I think that want to read some of them and see for myself.

Judging from the deposit amount that OP made, he is a gambler who is used to playing with quite high amount but unfortunately the OP did not do research first to protect his money from this scam site, this is a lesson. BitStarz is a Declared scam casino sites and faces multiple issues over the years and i believe that their ANN thread is inactive now and they are only relying in victims over fresh players.
