What can we expect from the NEXT 10 years of Bitcoin? speculation in price? Will Bitcoin survive ?

I think the next 10 years of bitcoin will be more amazing new ATH will maybe triple compair the present price today. If we are going to look back on the bitcoin price we can saw that there is no way for bitcoin to back on its price from 2010. There is a big difference about the price from the past and the present price and i believe that bitcoin will make a new record in the near future. Because many more people will know about bitcoin.

Bitcoin won't really exist in 10 years. At least, it won't matter in any significant way. People will probably trade whole bitcoins as collectors items for $10/btc or something like that. Large governments will have improved their already really sound currency systems by then and it'll just be a safer investment to stay in USD in a savings account.

Bitcoin Fact: the price of bitcoin will not be greater than $70k for more than 25 consecutive days at any point in the rest of recorded human history.

We've crossed the first ten years of bitcoin. During the first ten years we've experienced the early growth and things happening in a much stabilized way. The falling ten years in opinion is the days of market widening. As a beginning for the same we've got more corporate network entry into the cryptospace. Along with the entry of the corporate more countries have legalized cryptocurrency usage. So, don't get late on investing on cryptocurrency is my thought.

Only god knows about what happen to btc in the next 10 years from now, we cannot predict the price of bitcoin 10 years from now but i will say bitcoin will still survive that time. Beause as what i have observed in my country many more people will show thier interest in crypto and they want to know more about it so there is a posibility that many more investors will invest in bitcoin soon

Let's just say all these barriers to success bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are facing will be a thing of the past.

Seeing most countries are laying some kind of crypto legislation for its citizens, I see crypto to be less of an anonymous asset to use as more services are likely to be tied to KYC which wasn't the initial plan as to why we have cryptos like bitcoin. So in the coming years prepare for KYC if you want to keep using crypto Wink

Price wise I think we should be trading between $50k and  $100k

Of course it will survive because bitcoin is the most powerful crypto currency in the space so it will stay forever as long as it has strong support, as the matter of fact every year bitcoin adoption is gradually increasing and that's the reason why it achieved the 60k value, so how much more in the future are you still expecting it will disappear?  Nah change your mindset mate because its very obvious that only bitcoin can survive on the space and even 200k isn't enough after 10 years in my opinion.

Said 50K back in 2013, now its not about price compared to $ anymore. its not price of Bitcoin it will be Price of Fiat against Bitcoin. Fiat is loosing its value everyday.

Yes BTC will survive and will be stronger each and every day

I think predicting the price or the market is near impossible for the next 10 years. Given what has happened in the last 10 years, I would say either Bitcoins would have become the mainstream payment option or it would have been replaced by dominant crypto altogether in the next 10 years because there shouldn't be anything in between. Everyone loves the blockchain technology but some hate bitcoins so either a new coin replaces everything or everyone just accepts bitcoins finally.

As for the price, I am expecting half a million dollars in 2024 when the next halving is expected to take place so maybe a million dollars is a realistic price for 2031. I won't hold for that long though, honestly because I have planned to sell everything in 2024 and from there on, either I will quit the market completely or will just press the reset button.

What do you mean by survive, you think it will be getting a ventilator to survive in the next ten years Tongue, are you even following the development that is going on in Bitcoin, just check them out before getting into conclusions, Taproot activation is fast approaching and i am hoping we will have a rally when that takes place and i hope we will have that upgrade without much fuss.

We will likely see a $1 Million BTC price by then.
Sounds unrealistic and too lucrative to believe but could actually happen if the bear runs don't happen and we get momentum with a few good bull runs.

in my opinion bitcoin in 2009 was just a coin with very small value and very few people knew about it, up to now bitcoin has increased to a dizzying number of 60 thousand dollars, 10 years from now no one can be sure of one thing. compared to what bitcoin has grown to date, that's almost an amazingly disciplined growth figure.
I fully agree with you and for any asset, the growth in its initial years is much higher and rapid as compared to years later. I mean there is no chance we would see the same increase in price that we have seen in the last decade but still the value should increase only with time and more adoption in the years to follow.

I am not setting unrealistic goals nor expecting too much but I do wish one thing in 10 years from now - hopefully the manipulation is over.

The last question is not really relevant unless you see a disaster hitting us to the point the electric grid goes down, as I believe that is the only way bitcoin could go down and disappear, with that out of the way we do not know what the next decade will bring, maybe we will see more of the same and the adoption will continue to go up at a slow pace, however if we see a collapse of the current system it would not be weird that at some point during that decade the bitcoin adoption skyrockets as people will be trying to protect themselves from that scenario.

Obviously, it will survive but the matter of fact is whether the value will rise more or will get dumped. The crypto market will see more users in the recent future itself which makes me believe that the market is going to see a positive side including the rise of value. Probably it might touch or be stable around $60-80K based on the current scenario and recent market movement. I will not speculate for $100K plus because it is too soon to pass such a speculative statement.
Regarding survival, for sure it will survive but there is a possibility that few countries might introduce specific regulation or restrictions which might create issues such as a decrease in users which will impact the market overall.

The first decade was an experiment to see if bitcoin could actually survive, the next decade will be mostly about worldwide adoption, we made great progress during the first ten years but the explosion of adoption will come during the next decade, especially since I do not think the current economic system can last that much and will begin to show more instability and economic crisis will become more common, this will play in favor of bitcoin as people will try to find a way to protect their wealth and bitcoin shows it is the best option for that.

Survival is not the question. The value is the question.
Look at how Bitcoin came so far from more than 10 years while It has almost no value in 2010.
Imagine Bitcoin today trading at $33,000,in the next 10 years it would for sure multiply for a possible 7 digit figure.
Again, the question is not about survival, its the value.

10 years is such a long period of time anyway, why won't we speculate on the next 3-5 years during the next 4 year cycle?

Will Bitcoin survive? Yes and of course. Bitcoin will not just survive. It will reach much higher levels than this. In 10 years, I believe that it is very possible to see Bitcoin price reaching $1m level. And its adoption will also be much better than this. There will be many more people who will be using Bitcoin in daily life.

Bitcoin will survive. However, the value would be hard to determine. The optimism in me says that by that time Bitcoin would have reached 100k, although I've always been a sort of pessimistic person when it comes to Bitcoin's value in the relatively short term. I never envisioned or even imagined that Bitcoin would reach 50k, by the time we have done. I thought it was going to be many years after this.

The biggest factors in determining the value of Bitcoin in 10 years will be down to the government, and how they decide to further regulate Bitcoin, because I most certainly expect more regulations, and stricter ones at that to come into place. adoption rate is hard to determine, but I would expect the infulencers of the world to really push the adoption up in the next few years. I actually think, we will likely see the biggest growth we've seen yet in the next 3 years.

I've no doubt that Bitcoin will survive. But when it comes to the price prediction, it's really hard to say something about it. We all know Bitcoin's volatile nature. Everything can happen then. For example, we can see millions of dollars of value or maybe much less than that also. But I'm hoping to see people preferring Bitcoin many more than now.

I want to see Bitcoin at a much greater level in 10 years. I think there will be digital currencies in our lives in 10 years instead of fiat. Countries will have made their own digital currencies and they will be improving them also. In such situation, Bitcoin may even become the best alternative by then.

Ten years is a long way, and with the technology moving so fast and investors growing we never know if there are new coins that will and can challenge Bitcoin old and new, all I know is Cryptocurrency is the future and this is an open arena where developers can create the next big thing, so better watch the market and the community closely, there are coins that have potential in the market but yet unknown.

Within the next 10 years, I believe bitcoin is still in the market.
Considering that we are still in the early stage of bitcoin adoption today.
10 years will just go by very fast. But the possibility of creating another alt that will challenge bitcoin will always be there.
How many coins or projects were created to surpass the technology of bitcoin, and up until today, no one has toppled its position in the market.

10 years from now I think BTC will really be adopted by countries which is started by El Salvador. Paraguay is on the way to follow too. Since IMF didn't like what they are doing, they are going to be sanctioned which the aide worth billions may not be provided for the countries that adopted BTC. The world will see how corrupt the financial system is.

The Strike app by the way announced that transactions are free.
