Why on earth do you own bitcoin?

The first time I bought bitcoin was in 2019, because my father asked me to help him invest. I asked a friend who owns bitcoin what investment can double the income within one year, and he recommended me to buy bitcoin When the currency is worth 7000 US dollars.

It was because it makes me money for essentially doing nothing other than keeping on top of some news and learning to navigate basic trading principles and using exchanges. It's literally the easiest money I've ever made.

Bitcoin is simply the best investment i know that creates an extraordinary profits. It might be very risky because of its expensive price but it know the risk is worth taken for.

THis observation only comes if you are newbie in this field/market because if you have been here for quite a long then surely you will not react such this as if the market had just first fall continuously since then.
Every year or 4 years market drops badly like what happened in the past and then there are recoveries .
so why not just buy if you know you can handle longer than expecting profit instantly ?
this is not how we treat this crypto market because this is the most volatile and most riskiest field of profiteering in the world but? of course the most profitable .

I agree with you saving money in the bank indeed the amount does not increase but if your money is stored in crypto then you have assets in the future, future profits are very clear.

what exactly explains future profits? have you seen it in the future?
crypto is always at risk, keep thinking and make your decisions wisely. not everything you mention crypto will be good in the future. because we will never know how the crypto market will be 5-10 years in the future.
just simply believe in crypto that can generate profits as well as losses for you. it all depends on how you can grow your money. you use it for crypto trading or investment is up to you.
but I myself only focus on crypto trading. I don't like things in the long run.

I can't see the future but I predict bitcoin investment can be profitable in the future, I don't run a business in one area. bitcoin investment one of my business for long term. trade every day and every time I do. earning bitcoin somehow and selling it is different, i think OP meant to ask why do you hold on to bitcoin, and for me i don't do that anymore since i can buy things on the internet with other crypto that has less fee, and if i wanted to keep some crypto, i keep USDT, the only time you can consider buying  and holding on bitcoin or eth is when there is a big decrease in their prices, so that the chance for them to at least get back to ATH is really high.

Same thing with me, I have bitcoins because I earn from bitcoins, I make bitcoin my main job and so far I'm focused on it. Although it is undeniable that I also play with other altcoins. This work produces and is proven to be a main job, not a side job anymore.
