Least popular exchanges for Indians

As the title says some list popular exchanges ie exchanges with less to moderate volumes serving Indian customers :

Buyucoin - The volume is INR-ETH is good but they need to improve the liquidity for INR-BTC pair

Kraken India - Volume is good, Wire deposit available approx 4-5 days

Coinbase India - Wire deposit may be available.

Please suggest others

Generally, people look for the most popular exchanges because those are the ones with high liquidity and more trust.
Why would anyone choose a least popular exchange and risk his funds instead ?

Also, are you sure that these exchanges don't ask for KYC to withdraw INR?

As coinbase will be better now a days and can be beneficial for the users. Because the users can easily exchange through this. This is according to my opinion, but the best exchange is that which have takes your less amount of fees is better one and should use it.
