I agree and crypto trading is so popular because it's volatile and hence risky. I like the list but some coins like Litecoin are really old and I don't see much value for investors in such coins because these coins are sort of saturated, the price doesn't change much and there is nothing really happening behind the project that adds any sort of value either.

Polygon is rated very high by many investors and I have not heard foul about the project from anyone although I haven't done any deep research on it yet so not sure about the future of the coin but if word of mouth is anything to go by, it seems pretty solid.

And hey I always say and will repeat again, BTC is still among the best investment options even though it might look the chances of profit are gone with BTC, in 2024 we might see some big things happen.

For the beginners, they won't be easy with the price swings. All they care about is the profit and will eventually forget that there's a lot of risk that they're taking.

They'll be worried upon buying and will ask if it's going to go up or not and that's what they have to remember when they've bought any of those cryptos for long term. But to be safe, they should buy bitcoin as a beginner.

Based from the lists above, bitcoin will always be the best for long term investment. It will always be the crowd's favorite. But bnb and ethereum are still next to bitcoin. Well bitcoin and these two altcoins have different utility case so when it comes to long term investment, i think these 3 coins should always be on the top.

However, since the market is very unpredictable so i'm not closing doors to other coins because they might be more profitable in the near future, who knows? The fact that you know how to manage your coins, then it will still generate profits in the long run.

eth and btc are both cryptos but if there is a difference between the two that is eth is an altcoin and has the ability to create a crypto called tokens .
 this can be the Verry edge of eth on why it was a good investment .
Other new coins can be like eth but they cannot copy the trust that eth already built in the community because eth is older than them .

Bitcoin had always been my priority when it comes to purchasing cryptocurrencies.
Don't even need to think twice, I just do it. But, when it comes to altcoins it always gives me a difficult time to pick.
Ethereum is the next priority, but when its price goes up, I tend to doubt if I need to buy it or just go back to investing it with Bitcoin with a higher chance of profit.

bitcoin price will increase after halving and for long term purpose its very good. if we open price history after halving , it is soar extremely, no one doubt its price could each 64$. Major altcoin in market could survive in market due their developtment progress, and if we can find  , i am confidence we will get muliply profits.

Bitcoin the all time the best Cryptocurrencies for long periods investment but there are some altcoins which also have better performance for longer periods investment like Binance coin, Ethereum and dogecoin. You can also invest Shiba Inu for longer periods investment.

Based on the list you provided, no doubt it would be best to choose bitcoin and ethereum. They both have been dominating the market for a very long time. They both have a huge community support along with active developers. So if you are looking for long term investment, I don't think you will be regretting holding those two. Just look at the charts and see how far they have come in terms of value. The rest of the coins that you have mentioned are just a hit or miss.
