any update on your case? Cloudbet stated that you can contact Curacao eGaming and I recommend you should contact Curacao. 19ETH is a huge amount of money and making all the possible or available action you can take would be worth all the hassle if the result is you getting your 19ETH back. I just wish Cloudbet could show what the violation was.
Yeah, that's right contact everyone that you think can help your case OP so that you have more chances getting that money out. As @acroman08 says, 19 ETH is a big amount and you might want to get your hands on it as soon as possible because ETH is climbing in prices right now.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

I'm reviewing my legal options. I am perplexed that this is so easily dismissed. I don't think Cloudbet will have the balls to answer me in here.

Through this post I spoke to some people who also have money tied up with CLOUDBET. This is a total of more than 400ETH (this was way over a MILLION dollars a few weeks ago  Angry Angry Angry )
We put a lawyer (who understands blockchain) to work.

The story at CLOUDBET is often the same, account lockout, KYC request and then nothing for months.

We keep you updated.

Obviously Cloudbet and other sites like them are created to get money from others. When they lose much they usually play the fraud card. But normally they refuse to show any explication of the convenient fraud ground as Cloudbet is doing. To the very least they have to explain very well why the hell they are accusing you of a fraud. Frauds with gaming are not easy to accomplish. Contrary to the post of their representative the reasons are not obvious to us.
