Bitcoin.org, a prominent website that supports the development of the leading cryptocurrency, will have to remove all references to the Bitcoin white paper in the U.K. following the court’s decision.

Cobra, a pseudonymous Bitcoin developer behind the project, chose not to reveal his identity to defend himself in front of the court. Hence, a default judgement was given to Wright.       

Apart from taking down the flagship cryptocurrency’s founding document, Cobra will also have to pay £35,000 ($48,655) in legal fees.         

In January, lawyers representing nChain’s chief scientist demanded that Bitcoin.org and Bitcoincore.org remove the white paper due to alleged copyright infringement.

Their letters sparked a major outcry within the cryptocurrency community, with companies and even governments moving to publish the copies of Bitcoin’s white paper on their websites in a rebuke to Wright.

its not a revelation or a proof of anything. its just a 'dont put a document on your website' order
some people dont own porn but are able to complain and use the courts to get certain websites and tv shows to stop displaying porn or sexual acts before a certain time. or at all.

His forum account can be hacked but providing a signed message using the address that holding Satoshi Bitcoin is the best way to prove his identity. Clown Craig claiming he is the creator of Bitcoin is a total bullshit, why would Satoshi will fork Bitcoin to BSV then abandon his original creation. Funny how this shameful man is still getting the attention he does not deserve. Yes, he can have the whole copyright to the Bitcoin Whitepaper, and it will not matter at all. He can use the court to order all publications of the whitepaper be stopped or deleted...and yet it does not matter at all. Just owning the copyright to the whitepaper will not have any bearing as to who is the real Satoshi Nakamoto and certainly will not mean that Craig Wrong will have any influence on Bitcoin. He already got his own BSV so why not focus on his energy in there?

Craig Wright is clearly not Satoshi, and it's pretty easy to see this.  I asked Craig about bitcoin and smart contracts once and he told me that he built smart contracts in to bitcoin from day one.  Pretty easy to fact check this one, and the answer is that smart contracts were not built in to bitcoin from day one.  If Craig was satoshi then he should also be able to prove his website registrations which were done through companies who hold that private.  What's stopping from him releasing that info? ( I am legitimately asking this question )

But with this and other negative news that came later, they're combining altogether that creates FUD to the market and in the community. He sure does not know when to stop and where is this going.
