I think that I've read somewhere that you can call him scammer on a couple of public channels and his lawyers may be searching you. It can be a start.

I tend to agree with G Maxwell's theory that he uses "insider trading". He knows about the FUD before hand... because he is the one FUDing and when he is initiating a lawsuit agains devs he also starts a short leverage position on BTC. Wins a few hundred thousands. Rinse and repeat.

Regarding the address seems he does not own anything under his name and is helped by Calvin Ayre to stay off the grid, this helping him very much in his endless lawsuit spree.
