I wouldn't call them a scam this early, give it time OP. If you're still having this problem, try to reach out in their live support and bring up their same day guarantee!

Support Didn't reply to your message? According to the time you mentioned, it was not too late for the support team to answer you. They may reply to you soon. So I think you should have been more patient here, because the support team often takes a little extra time to respond if there are more support tickets. You can keep in touch with the support team on your issue until a solution is found. Since you are facing a problem, you need to contact them and solve your problem. All good reputation's platform wants to solve their customer's problems quickly.

There's no reason to be alarmed right now. You have got to be a little patient. Sometimes support can be a little slow. 48 without response is reasonable. If they have taken over a week minus any feedback then that when you would start to feel a little worried

Also, upon checking the transaction timestamp, it has received confirmation after 30secs so it's actually been more than 24 hours contrary to what they said:

Yeah, I have seen your proof. It seems like they have a very unprofessional and incompetent customer support team. Sorry about that.

I checked their Trustpilot page and there's one review which confirms their poor way of handling business. If you get your money back. Avoid the exchange for good.

I don't know how it works in Canada, but they seem to be tied into the backing industry up there so I don't think they will totally ignore you.

2 days from creating this thread is passed and the deposit was made few hours ago of creating this thread. That means around 3 days gone already. So OP what about your situation? Is it already credited? or Still you are waiting for their support?

I doubt people here can help you beyond what you can do, they'll just do the same, message their supports or any means to communicate with them. Better to follow up their support every day until they solve your issue.

Keep in touch with the support team because now they can help you find a solution to this problem. Enough time has already passed for them to investigate this issue, because if they really want to help you, they should have already started the investigation.
