I am wondering if there is a reliable way to time-lock some of my Ethereum similar to the way coinb.in works for Bitcoin?

Thought you could do that via smart contract or while staking the cryptocurrency in certain wallets/platforms.  Besides, Smart contract time lock will likely offer more advanced feature to enable users do more advanced or interesting things.
I'd suggest searching for "Time lock feature for Ethereum" to see if you can find something useful, non-custodial and safe.

Based on google! Grin

You need smart contract at least you have an understanding of coding (Solidity) I guess, "Time lock" is essential to created or transfer any subject file or maybe fund automatically on the network. Like some rumor a few days ago from "JohnMcAfee" dead man switch is using time-lock since he dead and not maintain the wallet anymore the smartconract is automatically created some token + share data 31 GB.

Try to take a look at Callisto.Network, they have cold-staking mechanism based on Smart Contract which applied on their network. You may edit the smart-contract and deploy it to the Ethereum to create your own time-lock smart contract.

IMO if it's can be programmed in the smartcontract. I guess what you need to create the new smartcontract through new wallet to be used to implement that function dude.
I think that can be easily learned by you consider there are some tutorials on the youtube. Try to browsing for the function and how to implement it dude. I think this link will help you a lot dude and what you can do to visit my link

For reference the coinb.in program uses multisig addresses and this function: 'OP_CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY' to achieve this.
