Chat room with rain script for crypto site

We would like to add a chat room to our crypto site.
But,
The chat room must come with crypto rain, paying out to faucet pay.
Much like the chat room that was on faucethub.  With mods to kick users, etc...
If you know of a ready made script or really understand what I am looking for,
We would love to hear about it...
