And why do you expect that someone will do this for such a dust amount? You know already that there are 0 chances to find someone to send 10 sats and pay ~2000 for doing it... Anyway good luck, you will need it for sure!

10 sat is considered dust... You won't be able to send it... A transaction creating an unspent output with a value of 10 sat's isn't invalid as such, but most (if not all) nodes will reject it, so the odds of succesfully broadcasting such a transaction is very (very) low...

I'm curious: how are you going to find that with 546 (the minimum) sats in your wallet?

Just FYI: FixedFloat.com allows you to send (for instance) 0.03292 LTC to receive 0.00002916 BTC. That's $4.50 in Litecoin for $1 in Bitcoin, so it's possible. I don't know/use CashApp so I can't help you there.

10Sats to send is impossible. Its not only a question of economics, its denied by the dust rule as mentioned above.
So forget it.
