For those who haven’t held one, there’s nothing quite like it (what has the collectibles sub done to me?).

What is the base metal?  I see that it's gold plated and that it feels great to hold. 

I've been doing work with metals heretofore unheld by me.  I remember the little craze lately about - was it tungsten?  The tungsten cube craze?  I've never held a tungsten cube....

At any rate I think your piece is very pretty indeed...

Could you imagine if this thing was real gold and loaded still? One can only imagine  Cass was truly ahead of his time with his work. Is this still on the market for sale? You should save it.
