Op seems finding someone for such task for months already, claimed that was scammed before (idk the reason). But would you mind doing an escrow since its not just a small amount to be paid with.

Working for 2 weeks without assurance getting paid is a hell of risk.

Then this behavior looks very suspicious.
Maybe in such a situation it would be a good solution for the OP to hire someone for a day or two for a percentage of the appropriate rate.
If it is two weeks (hopefully not 10 hours on weekends as well) then it's 10 days of work - $500/10 = $50/day
I think then someone would decide to spend one day to check credibility.

The offer is to good to be true  then why not hand  the funds to the escrow so that we can see that this offer is true and by looking at  your reputation we can say that this is totally shady so I doubt this job offer is not true.

So for user who got an interest to the figures offer better think twice since this might put them on bad situation so avoid and be careful guys.

If you pay upfront with half or a quarter of the amount, I think this is going to be easy hiring for you. But without assurance that you might pay and you might run after the task is done, this is common in the freelancing world unless you're going to escrow the funds through the forum escrows or you're going to hire through a freelancing platform like Upwork.

There's no guaranty of payment here you are a newbie with bad reports, there should be an escrow, you can easily get out of this place and the worker have no way to reach you, imagine doing this 10 hours for 30 days without any guaranty of payment, this guy is insane if he believes he can get one, better do the job himself.

So I asked about this current job and He told me about some task. And I also asked him about the escrow. He is not agree to use any escrow. So I will suggest you guys it's very risky for you if you agree to do his job without escrow.

The moment that he/she said no escrow is probably enough reason to consider it a scam because there's no way you would waste your time over doing something mundane for two weeks and end up getting duped by the employer. Again to everyone who sees this thread and see my reply, heed my warning, this is a scam.

His refusal to not use an escrow for deal is a clear indication that he doesn't have those funds at hand to pay and is relying on whatever the job to be done to pull through. Otherwise, it would just be a wasteful adventure. The fact that OP wasn't willing to release more description and information about the deal but had enough time to talk about the expected renumeration is a huge red flag. There's no point spending another meeting on this as its a useless venture.
