How to buy domain and hosting with full privacy via BTC?

I know namecheap accept Bitcoin however they require complete user information and mobile/email verifications.
Is there any service which offer these services anonymously?

I found it: Njalla - A privacy-aware domain registration service. It turns out they offer servers too.
