A news source that immediately publishes crypto news developments. Elon tweeted, Chinese bank stopped dealing in bitcoin, FBI seizure, Taproot, El salvador...basically, everything that would cause a rise or decline in crypto prices it would report it has it happens. An app or a widget would be nice. Like a pop up notification on my phone.

Choice #1: Subscribe to some of the top Bitcoin/crypto news sites that Fatunad listed. (Faster option that would probably get you faster news, but this will clutter up your email)

Choice #2: Just be active on Reddit r/Bitcoin[1] and r/Cryptocurrency[2]. (News will spread not as fast but still decently fast)

If it is about the internet, I doubt that there is a one stop crypto source news because every crypto website wants to give the newest information from other sources. But you can find the latest information from that sources so you can collect as much info as you can that will be useful for you. We know about Cointelegraph, CoinDesk, etc. But that is a part of the source's income. Our job is to find the other news from other sources to know what is happening in the crypto world.

There might be several blogs and article sites that offer such things but I always google things to know them. Look, it takes a few seconds to search on google "crypto news" and you will most likely get an idea of what is going on in the market. It also helps in getting specific news, like you mentioned Elonmaking tweets so you can simply google "Elon musk crypto" and all such news will appear quickly and you can read in-depth the ones that you are interested in.

An article website that gives all the news might be confusing actually because it would have a lot of data to go through unless it has a search option which again means the google search was a better option.

There are various apps too on the plat store that update you on any recent event that happens related to crypto but you will be bugged with notifications soon.

It is a need for you to subscribe, but it does not need for you to have all sites available to give such information. You actually get informed but you know what? Sometimes this news (fake news) helps you to become hopeless and ended you up with a terrible loss.
I hope I was wrong but most of the news is scripted, that is why I'd never considered them as vital information. In fact, the market doesn't make abrupt changes so we can still prepare.

Some members here are really fast creating threads about recent news. Just press "Show unread posts since last visit." and somehow it will show you some recently created threads. Yeah, I mostly get my news here and just re-check it with some bigger platforms like Coindesk. It's sad but it's true.  Grin

I just make my Google News inclined bitcoin and crypto related news and have it notify me with whatever's happening in the cryptocurrency scene, I also have Coingecko and CMC to check for the prices. Not a fan of Cointelegraph and Coindesk but I check there from time to time.

There has lots of soo called news source or you guys can called online news portal. Like coindesk, cnn, bitcoin magazine or many more. But i my opinion bitcointalk is the best and mostly genuine news sourcess ever. Not only that we are not always check it out all the news portal site at a time. But if we keep following bitcointalk then we will know the exact news. Because all the news share by users and other users also legendary people here verify that news. So i think bitcointalk is best. Not only that reddit is also a best news sourcess of bitcoin. Its my opinion. Thank you

Err.. to a certain extent yes. If the news is big, then yes chances are it would be on Bitcointalk. But if you don't want to miss out on the sort of "moderate sized" news, then Reddit is my choice. Not every relevant news gets to Bitcointalk based on my observations.

I would suggest you to keep track of coindesk or cointelegraph. Generally, they would provide you all the crypto news of the day pretty concisely and clearly but yes they are not that quick so you won't be the first one to know that Elon Tweeted. For this purpose, I think Twitter serves the best. Follow the Twitter handles of coindesk and cointelegraph and better switch on the notifications therein, both these things should be more than enough for you to keep track of all the essential crypto news on a global level, there would always be some tits and bits here and there which you would always miss.

I like these type of topics because I already know what may answer will be : https://cryptopanic.com This website is one of the best websites you can find about crypto. You said "is there a one stop crypto news source" and this is literally it, this is literally one stop place for ALL the crypto news. They have all the crypto related newspapers there, you can see all the new articles, you can see what is trending, you can write comments or see others comments, there is price chart there where you can see what bitcoin is doing.

Basically this place is the only place you need and you do not need to check another single place, hell they have even tweets regarding crypto from famous people! This is why I like these topics, because cryptopanic is by far the best website for these things and I do not think that there will ever be any other place that will be better.

You can get that information on some legit crypto news sites like coindesk, Cointelegraph and man more, you can also subscribe on some youtube channel which has the content of that kind of news and open the notification bell so you can easily notice if there is fresh news. There are a lot of news source you just need to open your internet and find them.
Cointelegraph suits me well but I still prefer reading updates in telegram wherein theres a community who will update you same with their speculations since we cant all do the research its good there are people to share with though some were private groups and some needs subscription but you will know if its worth a try when it lessen the research time and you'll just focus on verifying the source if legit. It will depend on what we prefer when it comes in trading depending on time we can spare in searching.

An app or a widget would be nice.
You can easily achieve such a thing with an RSS feed reader of some sort [e.g. Feedly].
- By doing the above thing, you have the ability to only add the sources that you truly trust.

If you still prefer to use a content aggregator website, you can try the following in addition to what @Lee_Mire suggested:

There are telegram groups with crypto news and you can enable notifications on your phone, but there are so many news that it's impossible to put everything in one group.
This 3 are probably enough to follow everything that is happening in crypto space:

@cointelegraph
@DecryptNews

I don’t really think so, unless you’re going to be making use of Twitter. With Twitter you’re going to be more likely to catch up with every trend on time and you can decide to switch on the notification bell for accounts, so that whenever those accounts tweets, you will see their tweets immediately in the notification and not miss anything at all. All those accounts you feel are very important, like analyst’s account, an influencer that talks crypto, you can just follow all of them and switch on their notification bell not to miss anything.

And also you can be checking the trends on cryptocurrency. But if what you’re looking for is a news website like CCN that will do all that, then I don’t think you will get any. Even most of these crypto news websites find their contents on Twitter. So with Twitter you’re getting first hand.
