I observed most of their topic are most interesting that have a content sharing ideas and have an empower of helping others who did not know like us me. Can someone help me or give an idea  cause I wonder in their profile that there's have a Rank, Activity, and Merit .

Aside from reading those links. You can also read and open topics that are struck your interest. Its not about guidelines only. There are some posters here whom post their own idea about certain topic that isnt find on any research book and only based on experience.

As a newbie, you should learn how to adopt on those rules. But dont worry you will be used to it when you keep interacting more here.

I noticed you do not know yet how to quote two users post or more in a single post, having two posts for just one needed post for two quotes is not necessary, you can have the two quotes in one post just like this below. With time, you will know more about quoting on this forum.

You should take a lot of time to read this section and meta, it's ok to ask about information about the information but all the information that you want to know are easily accessible and they are on a pinned thread, you will not get lost finding them, take some time to read the forum rules once acquainted then that would be the best time to participate in the discussion.

I was just ahead a little bit of you but had been struggling for a while after some technical aspect like creating wallets and buying crypto. However, I manage to learn not only relying on the forum but to google and youtube itself. I was verifying every information being shared as we know that internet has a lot of false ideas and shared knowledge so one should be careful.

Anyway bruh, you took the right path in joining the forum. There are so many things to learn including other users that are mean but just ignore them as a newbie before I try to ignore them because I am still on my way learning about crypto and the forum. Most likely they will newbie as troublesome, hard headed not following things they like you to be. So let me give a piece of advise entering this forum.

First, the forum could let you earn but do not get too overwhelm of the opportunity to earn because there are many things to consider before you can actually earn. Learn more about bounty hunting that pays btc and tokens. More likely earning btc is preferred than tokens yet I have tried both because I know that it will only give you small earnings compared to working in a company unless you are a hero or legend in rank whereas, it give you so much opportunity to apply on those good paying bounty projects.

Second, learn the forum rule. I saw on meta that there are actually more users being ban for certain reason. If you do not want to get ban check every pinned post in every section of the forum.

Third, lengthen your patience because there are many spam posts and it will not be a good read so be sure to read those replies that are relevant to post by also knowing the users that posted the reply. Most likely legendary users had good response in every topic. They are knowledgeable in most aspects may it be all about the forum or the about crypto.

Fourth, try getting to rank up by joining merit give aways. I myself get some merit most likely coming from @OgNasty and other legendary users in which some of them are merit source. It can help one rank up. Hopefully  myself can rank up too but I am not expecting too much with my current knowledge about crypto space.

Fifth, enjoy being here in the forum. The forum has so much to offer I can guarantee you to that though I am still waiting to grab opportunities that I can get.

I know all the things I wrote might not be that much but if you have some time to read then I would be glad especially if it helps.

what you need to do is to read often, especially on the beginner's board, right above your topic title with a symbol (spike), you will know about your profile and everything related to your rank or activit, You will find interesting ideas there, you will automatically know and what you should do, the point: reading is not just reading, but must be done and stored in your memory.

Bitcointalk is a really helpful forum, you can find all sort of questions and answers here. Just keep on wandering on specific parts in the forum so that you can finally find the right and legitimate answer from your questions. There are a lot of interesting and useful topics here in the forum that will help you improve more while you are investing. In terms of the profile, your rank matter whenever you are joining a campaign as well as the profit you will receive while merits helps you in ranking up. You need to meet a specific quantity of merit before you rank up. The activity before was the one that makes you rank up but now it is the merit that decides.
