I just heard that SHIB gives some rewards to hold but my about 60USD SHIB was in Binance where I get no rewards, so I just decide to move it to my metamask.
The problem is that I move my SHIB from binance to metamask by using the wrong network, I used BEP20 insted of ETH network.
I just lose my SHIB??
Is there something that I can do??

Unfortunately you sent your SHIB from binance (custodial wallet). my bad. If the crypto wallet you deposited into supports BEP-20 and ERC-20 tokens, you can send your crypto back to Binance with a few simple steps. Follow the guide above. You will be asked to send it back to the Binance. For clarity and security, please contact the binance support team before doing so

Unfortunately you sent your SHIB from binance (custodial wallet). Depositing to the wrong blockchain in your Binance account, another crypto exchange, or custodial wallet is more tricky to resolve. In this case, contact your wallet’s support team to see if they can help. Only binance support can help you even if the chances are few because the numbers are too small (imo). Thank you for your feedback When they said "contact your wallet's support team..." they mean the binance team or the Metamask (the wallet i actually send the SHIB) team??

I may be wrong but if I get you correctly you send a bep20 to eth! So am wondering if your metamask has an added bsc network to it then can't you view the wallet in bsc network instead of eth network that way maybe you can also access the wallet, I know there is a guide to add bsc to metamask, and one can easily switch networks in mm with same wallet, just thinking if it is possible.

That means Binance support. BEP-20 and ERC-20 have the same private key, you just need to add BSC network in your metamask then you can see your SHIB balance and can do anything like in ERC-20 network. In this case you don't lose your SHIB token. You also don't have to send it back to Binance if you want to keep your SHIB on the BSC network. Guide to add BSC network in metamask>> https://docs.binance.org/smart-chain/wallet/metamask.html

Thank you so much for your feedback guys.
So glad the SHIB isn't lose.
I am still working on it, looks like simple steps for those who understand about this but for me everything is so new.

that's great , it should be most important lesson for you now. In future you should double check you address and platform that used for transaction. It is very lucky you could got your token back, maybe another people will lose their assets and didnt understand how to recovery this fatal mistake. Alot of thinking this mistakes could not recover again

Great to hear that you got your SHIB token. You shouldn't believe any staking rewards sites, most of them scam. Maybe you were lucky this time, but you could lose your tokens to choosing a wrong rewards sites. Although Binance has already provided so many staking altcoins, you can choose those altcoins. As a again, you won't make the same mistake.

Considering the amount of SHIB that you had I think even trying with Binance support won't make a lot of sense. Binance support is generally non-responsive to such queries as they receive tons of them each day and they had clearly warned users beforehand about this. You can try nagging them with a lot of emails each day about this and if you are lucky enough and they are grateful enough they might decide to look into your issue but despite that I doubt they would actually do anything. You can try following this reddit link if it matches your problem https://www.reddit.com/r/binance/comments/jz1vdj/accidentally_used_the_wrong_network_transfer/ He got his tokens back somehow.

How did you resolve it? Did you add the correct RPC network for your SHIB and then added the SHIB token details as a custom token for that network or you did it with another method. I am asking because more than 1 method was shared on the thread. Whichever one works, share it so others would learn from it and prevent issues like this in the future or even people with the issue will have a straight way of resolving. Nice to hear you still have your tokens. That's one benefit of Ethereum sidechains and layer 2 networks. yea , i am curious too how did he resolve this problem. maybe if he share the ways to recover this mistake , we will have important knowledge how to overcome if this accident happen to us. i am sure , there are alot people outside there have same problem with OP but they don't know where have to ask. It really be new knowledge from some people/

BEP20 and ERC20 have the same wallet so you don't have to worry about that, all you do now is add the binance network in metamask Click RPC Costume Network Name: Binance Smart Chain New RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed1.defibit.io/ChainID: 56 Symbol: BNB Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com

Or none and only in the web browser? It is good to know that OP has successfully resolved this issue. Fortunately, the wallet supports the BSC network to which you sent it.

Normally we commit mistakes, I felt that because it also happened to me and that is worse because I sent it to the wrong address and no way of getting it back. But in your case, there's still a chance to get your money back. I am just new in the amazing world and I want to learn as much as possible about it, so I will try to keep myself active on the forum.
We are here in the forum not only because we earn money but also gain knowledge. Please don't be afraid to ask questions as this is how we improve our understanding of crypto and technically the way it works.

It's good to see that you've figured it out with the help of the other members because some newbies when they create a mistake, usually it's really hard to retrieve such wrong network transfers but since it's Binance, they and you did a great job and all of those who helped you as well. And since your problem has been solved, it's okay now to lock this topic and if there's a newbie that would do the same mistake, he can just go back to this thread and follow the guidelines how you did it.

It happens to even those who already had some years of experience in crypto, it is called mistake which no human is above, newbie or not, similar case happened to me just 2 days ago, I mistakenly send some busd to my binance usdt wallet, when I realised my mistake it was already too late, transaction already successful, thought I lost my coins but somehow (strangely) I got notification deposit was successful, couldn't believe it but was glad though, as humans we are bound to make mistakes. Glad you are able to receive your coins back with help of the forum members.

First of all, I had already configured the "smart chain" in my wallet even before my mistake, so my wallet already had a BNB account and some BNB-based coins.
What I do was check the transaction in BSCScan and then copy the contract of the coin that was moved (this was suggested on a document of binance academy previously shared in this thread).
It takes me time to discover that the contract of that coin was different than the contract offered by SHIB. I had already tried to place the SHIB contract in my "Smart Chain wallet - Add new Coin" option, but the coin was not found (which is logical since the original contract is ETH based).
When I put the contract of the coin that I get form the BSCScan website in my "smart Chain" wallet, then something like a SHIB version for BNB just showed up. I add it and my almost 7 million SHIB was there.
Of course, my SHIB is now on a BNB wallet, in order to claim them or do something I need to move to a ETH based wallet, but they are there... safe...
This is my explanation of what happened, I have probably misused some terminology due to my ignorance on the subject.

I just read the OP's reply and it is up to OP if he will be able to recover the loss. This is another way of development against decentralization because there are already options that mistakes like the one OP stated above could now be resolve. I think we can still see more of this kind of feature in the future.
