I've seen some of your previous posts, it seems that you offering this service at the $0.1/kWh electricity cost. Do you know that there in EU is also much cheaper electricity than $0.1?

there are two possible licenses, the crypto license which costs 7.5k/month , as of the new requirement of hiring an estonian aml/kyc officer.

the other option is the license as an investment fund , which costs 4k/month.  We are going to opt for the investment fund license at this stage, as it's cheaper, and we still can collect crypto and fiat from investors.

 i have nothing to hide, you can come to italy where i live and meet me in person.

i know there are some few other countries where electricity is even cheaper than 0.1 usd, but we own the facilities in that country, and we save on the rent, as we don't have to pay for it.

So it is not yet licensed? It's quite misleading if you market it as 'fully licensed' at this stage then.

IMO, better prepare your license and website and stuff like team info first before you start looking for investors. There're dozens of scam projects who are more or less do the same thing, so investors being skeptical should be expected.

you right , we're preparing it, but it takes 60 days to have the license,therefore i put it forward, then if anyone is interested we can find an agreement and maybe he could invest after we have obtained the registration.  i said eu regulated , therefore everything is registered and scams are not possible. i'm saying fully licensed because the law firm said that unless we the parteners are related to criminal strucures, the license will be granted for sure. we are clean.

So do I understand this correctly? You want to start a project where you offer the facilities for clients to run their mining rigs? Your timing is very good with loads of mining farms closing in China. Can I just ask a quick question ... Will the electricity that are provided, be sourced from "Clean" renewable energy sources?

I think that will be a main selling point, if you can provide a location that are near to a renewable energy source. (Elon Musk's tweet about Bitcoin having to clean up their Carbon footprint, should be taken seriously.... to attract more serious Institutional investors in the future)

It's annoying you're asking for investment when you haven't got anything. You've mentioned you're fully licenced but you probably haven't even submitted the application so why exaggerate?

You're not after a cryptocurrency licence because after March 10 2020 it's become almost impossible to get one in Estonia because you need a physical office and Board in Estonia estonia-company.ee so if you're only offering mining and you've got a cheap Wordpress website template that hasn't even been changed to promote your investment opportunity then you haven't started off well.

we cannot collect any money until the EU license will be in place.  but of course we can collect interests for collaborations/investments , reservations for a discount.  We're gonna have a physical office in Estonia and employees who will be in charge of aml/kyc, as required by the law. I said that we're gonna obtain a license in 60 days because our law firm said so, as the Estonian government has no reason to reject the application,unless you have been convicted as related to criminal structures, which none of us has ever been.  that's why we're sure about our looming authorization.However, we're not gonna apply for a crypto license, but for a license as an investment fund, as with that license we'll still be able to collect and give back both crypto and eur,usd. Nothing to hide here.

So you are developing a cloud mining project and will do an ICO to develop this? I have seen a lot of this in the past I even joined a bounty campaign, right now there are no successful cloud mining projects in the market, don't put to much hype on your project until you launch it, investors will see if this is another Ponzi scheme cloud mining based project.

There is no such country in the EU, the only country that completely relies on hydro in Europe is Albania, and they do import energy.
Having this messed up from the start I wonder what's real in this project of yours because:

- why do you need an ICO for this? You could simply sell mining contracts, there is no need for tokens. Bitdeer is doing this just fine
- you just realize you have to pay more than the usual 100$ for an Estonian license, and you need the money from investors even before that?
- you haven't even managed to set up a WordPress website but you want to be in charge of a token, a mining company, an investment fund...

don't understand your point, as every project has to start from somewhere, and with regards to the piece of article you posted it clearly states that private energy producers are about to cover even the small portion of electricity which has been imported (30% trending lower). is it not 70-80% hydropower green enough?  :-)

we're not worried by the price of an estonian license,as it costs just 20k , but we aknowledge that the more capital we raise now the more we save on miners expenditure, as we can place bulk orders at a discount. This to benefit the gains of the customers as well.

our cto is an experienced miner, of course we have mining rigs. we have been already doing personally what we are pitching here. And luckily, it works.

The Wordpress website doesn't take time because it's a template you simply edit text and change photos to fit your needs. You should've edited it or paid a designer before you did anything else. How's it possible you're going to collect interest of investors when they don't know anything about you or how the funds will be used?

The Helios Funds pdf doesn't mention names of people running it so how's it possible to trust you? You've started your business-plan in the wrong way.

this is just a forum of cryptocurrency experts, they know what is good or what is not.

of course we're not going to advert ourselves on bigger channel with a a site under construction.

You are dishonest in saying this when your site clearly states in your FAQ that you are going to do an ICO

How can I participate in the ICO Token sale?
Once ICO period is launched, You can purchased Token with Etherum, Bitcoin or Litecoin.

I don't think it's worth investing and I don't recommend investing in your project because there is a hint that you launching a Ponzi scheme and you are not honest in your words better shut your project or you will be expose.

You are looking for a cryptocurrency license and you're looking for investments, I assumed you're going for an ICO or at least IPO, so if you're a start-up like this why do you need that Estonian license when you're based in Italy and your business is located in Albania, which again, is not part of the EU so your license will not cover that part of your activity? And if you don't plan on running an ICO why do you sell tokens?

When you have made claims about 100% and now in a matter of minutes you're down to 70% most people would have a feeling of their investments going down the same rate.

the site is just a default site, still under development, as said there will be no ico at all. ico is there because it was part of the layout. we're still building the site

How can you claim that it's a ponzi scheme if we don't collect any money and have said multiple times that this is gonna be a fully EU regulated company.

If you run away with the money and you are a registered company, you go to jail, as everything is under the sun if we talk about a eu regulated company which holds a license.

Oppositely, if you run an ico you can be anonymous and scam anyone you want.

That's why we have chosen not to run an ico, but to follow the regulated path of an eu company.

to be an investment fund you need a license, it costs 700k of deposits in malta, and 20k in estonia, i'm not aware of other jurisdictions which grant you a license as an investment fund.

we're gonna have our devices insured against theft and fire,plus private security, as they all do.

Once we get an eu license we can trade/invest worldwide so no limitations for Albania as well.

the fact that the albanian hydropwer rate has dropped slightly in the last year it doesn't mean that this year it's not gonna be closer to 100 per cent. i don't see this as being the core issue anyway, as it's just a discussion about energy sourcing.

trust me there's no way to scam people if you're a registered company, without ending up in jail.

if i dont' give many info is because i don't have anything more ther than this to share atm, as we're just starting.

it's like bitcoin, if you see the potential and buy convertible notes/equities now in the beginning, you could end up with huge gains.
