Kraken £4000.00 bank deposit disappeared

Kraken I deposited £4000 today but it's disappeared 

Firstly it showed up as 'Confirming', then when I logged back in it's totally gone, no sign of it... Since there's various changes going on in the UK recently between bank/regulators and exchanges, I'm super worried something has gone wrong, why would it appear as 'Confirming' and then disappear totally instead of saying failed or successful or anything else.

I made a support ticket #5886951 but haven't heard anything back about it yet - please help!
