Can someone Please help me ??

I have created yesterday a Bustabit account Username : Derwitus
and loaded with 600 euro

I can Proof my Wallet where i send the Coins from i can make even a Video of my Electrum wallet how i do login and show the Transaction i made to Bustabit
I have saved my Bustabit Username and Passowrd
I have saved everything just not my Email which i randomly created yesterday and entered into Bustabit

I tried to message Daniel with a new account where i used the same wallets to deposit so he can verify me
and told him the receiving Wallet of Bustabit and my wallets


But he does not tell me the Email i entered
He said he is going to tell me in 14 Days about his decision WTF

Did he scam me now 600 Euro because i dont remember my Email adress ??
I can proof everything Bustabit Username & Password
That im the owner of the wallet where the Bitcoins came from
I can proof everything


Can someone please help me ?
I told him just to send the 600 euro back to the wallet where it came from but now he does not answer anymore


he aint sure if he will tell me the Email adress after 14 days
He is doing this because he saw that there are 600 euro on it


Is this going to be accepted just like that ?
Is he allowed to "scam"/ Bully me he does not have the right to let me wait 14 days if i can proof literally EVERYTHING he could ask for
but he aint even asked for proofs


Can some Bitcointalk Moderation help me even ban him from here if he is going to act the way he tried to do yesterday with me

He probably didnt expected making it public on Bitcointalk hope he does change his Decision now of trying to scam me and just tell me the FUCKING EMAIL i entered

Bustabit safes the IP
I can tell him even the IP adress i used yesterday to create the acc where i forgot my email


Proos i can show :

-Bustabit Username & Password
-Transaction Id to the Bustabit Wallet i sent my coins
-My wallet where the coins came from
-(i can make a Video how i login into my wallet & show the Transaction to Bustabit or even sent 1 euro to rnd wallet)
-Ip adress which i used to create the Bustabit acc

I can proof literally everything.
I just did not safed the Email i entered randomly yesterday into my Bustabit acc i created


But daniel aint even trying to solve my mistake to write down the email adress i entered

This is a wrong section we have a scam section for this and it takes a minute to find it, better lock this thread and create one on the scam section, your post is just hearsay you should post a screenshot of the conversation and transaction ID to prove that you deposited on Bustabit a simple copy paste will not do and will not hold weight.

Look from Daniel's side. For him, you could be someone else and not connected to the first account. You could be a hacker or someone else who stole money from the first account holder and many things. Daniel is right here. You need to prove to him that he is talking to the genuine owner, or this will be something like disclosing personal information to others.

I think this is very Early to put as scam since Daniel had answered Him to wait for 14 days (Though that is far too long for waiting ) yet OP had just have this problem Yesterday so lets see what comes on the following days before finally putting on Scam section. or maybe sending Bustabit representative here in forum will address this issue faster and make action to resolve since OP has proofs .

I agree with Royse777 here... All the proofs you've shown can either be faked, or can be known by somebody that hacked your system.
I'm not saying you're a hacker (far from it, i actually believe you're the legit owner... But believing something and proving something are two completely different things).

If you sign a message, at least it proofs, without any doubt, you actually own the wallet... This proof is better than a video.

Don't get me wrong tough, there's a >90% chance you're actually the owner of this account, but i do understand why Bustabit is a bit reluctant to help you out.

Thats my saying im sure he is not scaming me but he deserved to get called out like this

it was not even 1 hour from Creating the Acc making the Deposit using ccleaner and not beeing able to Login and writing Daniel
In those 1 Hour i Hacked literally the whole Life of the real owner WTF ?

I use Electrum wallet its secured with 2FA since day one.
I have a daily income and outcome of few thousand.


Every Proof which Daniel ask for i will make it no problem.
So if every proof can be hacked or faked daniel is allowed to keep MY money for himself ?

Judging from your statement you said you created your email randomly and now want to change the email I

Registered to your bustabit account this is a suspicious activity and the Daniel may never assist It with that account so is left for you to do whatever you can to remember the email there you can easily change your email.

I don't think anybody said that it was ok for Bustabit to keep your funds for themselfs...

Look at it from their side: you're making a claim whilst providing proof that's >90% conclusive. What if they just gave you account access with 90% proof without proper investigation and it turns out >90% proof wasn't enough and you were a hacker after all.
What if the real owner popped up in a week or so and gave 100% conclusive proof (in the form of a signed message). Would the owner giving 100% conclusive proof be happy if Daniel accepted 90% proof and gave the real owner's money to a hacker?

I guess 14 days is very slow support, but not unheared of in the bitcoin community... Sure, i guess he should be faster, but do you know if he's working on your case right now? For example, sending an email to the address you lost, saying that whoever reads this mail has 14 days to make a claim?

By the way: sending money back to the address whose funds were used is not a good idear... What if you were using a non-custodial wallet and had no access to that address?

Once again, just to be 100% clear: i DO believe you're the real owner... I just DO think you're not giving proof that 100% airtight... I'm NOT saying it's ok for anybody to take somebody else's money hostage or keep it for themselfs.... I just think it's OK for a casino to investigate proof that's not 100% airtight before restoring account access.

The waiting period may seem like a hassle, but it protects users' accounts in the case of their password being compromised and for that reason cannot be skipped or shortened. It is mandatory when someone wants to access an account without being able to fully authenticate themselves as its owner such as in your case.

If you happen to remember your email address in the meantime you can access your account normally by clicking the authorization link sent to it. Otherwise, please sit tight until the waiting period passes and I contact you via email.

Should you have questions please respond in our existing email thread as I do not provide account support via the forum.

My friend i know what i use or what i not use. If daniel wants i send him from the same wallet 1 Euro NO PROBLEM
I can Proof that on the wallet are few k daily income and outcome but SURE i want to scam 600 euro 30 minutes after i loaded it myself on bustabit

So daniel is investigating in those 14 Days sure we all believe it !

I guess 14 days is very slow support, but not unheared of in the bitcoin community... Sure, i guess he should be faster, but do you know if he's working on your case right now? For example, sending an email to the address you lost, saying that whoever reads this mail has 14 days to make a claim?

To be clear, I respond to all support requests within 24 hours. The waiting period is deliberately designed to slow things down. If the request is coming from someone trying to steal the account it gives the legitimate owner time to show up and stop the theft, even if the attacker knows the password. While I understand that it's an inconvenience, the extra protection is worth it, especially if you consider that people don't often forget or lose access to their own email address.

Nothing is wrong, what "Bustabit" doing because is part of a security account.

Let's say my wallet got exposed, and I have some left money on some service like "Exchange or Casino" and the person who got my wallet doing some analysis transaction of my wallet. They found some interesting TX, I'm doing a transaction to some casino and he know that casino so he can actually impersonate me to recovery my account using my wallet has been exposed.

IMO, scratch the word "scam/bully" because this problem is because your self not bustabit. Every service has their own term and process, so went you making some mistake and that mistake came from the user don't to much hope.

I know that it must be feeling horrible to not see your money ever again and fear of losing it forever, however don't you think you have any cause for that at all? I mean you do not even know the email of the account you are trying to reach and you are expecting him to give that money to you? You can't claim that bustabit is scamming you when you do not even know the email you entered for that same account.

Everyone else here is right about the fact that not only this is a way to make it harder for you, but to make it harder for everyone else. If I can show the deposit address of another gambler does that mean I should have their account balance transfer to mine? I do not think that anyone would want to gamble in a place with such a horrible security system. So long story short this is your own fault that you caused and it is not going to change the end result.
