Majority of these HYIP scams run by the referral commission. There are people literally cashing in on the commission to run the costs. They post the banners on every bitcoin advertisement network and start gaining audience from there. Most of the users who view these ads are newbies going to faucets and they end up on the site and because they are misinformed they fall for these traps.

The domain name is old, but that does not mean that the owners are not scammers. They have probably been running this site for a long period of time. Reporting to Namecheap is the best option for anyone coming to this thread. If you do that you will probably save several other innocent people from losing their hard earned money. No law enforcement can help you here but you yourself.

That's how these projects run right, they run in referrals, and a lot of my friends are passing this shit around the group chats even though it's an obvious scam. I do report this sites to Namecheap but the problem is that it's a never ending fight that doesn't any clear winner anytime soon. i hope that more people learn everyday that if things are too good to be true in the Internet then it probably is.

Until people learn that there is no such thing as easy money on the internet and those you see on the internet that is so good are worth looking at and analyzing, they will get scam and they will lose money, this is not the way to mature on the internet, you can do it and become mature if you just make diligent research and ask here in Bitcointalk or friends who are long time investor.

That's simple to solve, we just need to teach them about different types of scams and be more inquisitive when some kind of money making opportunity is being presented to them no matter how attractive the offer is, I think that education and information about the different types of scam is going to be a big catalyst to winning against this scam.

Totally agree with you but @Obito is right about how to solve this problem, to educate people about the different types of scams that are lurking out there and how to identify them. What I didn't expect from his reply is the question everything part which I think is good because it's the weakness of many scammers when the people that they are trying to scam is asking questions, especially the pressing ones.
