If there's a continuous positive remarks for bitcoin in the next ten years or so, we will be able to see or at the least expect that it can persist for hundreds of years but it's a challenge because there's a lot of innovations and there might come an invention that will totally replace bitcoin if not totally make it obsolete but given that bitcoin is an investment tool, I think that it's close to not happening.
We have come out with a positive expectation for Bitcoin as we know this has potentials but still, we don't know what will happen in the coming years. We obviously see that Bitcoin price and adoptions keep growing and spreading but can't be sure how it does in a couple of years from now. Only we just hope that more countries will give their support, not banning, or else, it ends its journey. But anyway, we can't surely have witnessed the things that will happen 100 years from now, the future of Bitcoin will lie in the hands of the next generations, we don't know if they could still adopt it or make other genius creations. |

what will happen to Bitcoin in the next 100 years? My prediction is that Bitcoin will be the most expensive asset and the world's most interested people, far more than gold. buy Bitcoin now for the long term then you will enjoy a large retirement fund  I can't agreeless, bitcoin has been around for over a decade now and it's already more expensive than gold, the only milestone it just needs to cross now is the marketcap of gold which we are very far off right now but it's achievable, 100 years from now most of us would probably be dead, but I believe by then bitcoin would probably be priced around over $500k+ and will have a much larger marketcap than even gold. |

Seriously nobody can predict what will happen in the next 100 year's because is really far and anything can happen but I believe in the next 100 year's bitcoin will be massive but I believe by then he will definitely be having other coins competing with it. There are lot's of people that think Bitcoin will die in the next future but that's not possible but I believe bitcoin will have coins competing with it.
Can not be predicted with precision, but this will remain a great hope for humans that will last a long time. I am sure that someday the government will be friendly with bitcoin. Well, even though there will be competition in bitcoin with others, I personally still believe that bitcoin is stronger and remains in its popularity. But one thing, what is clear is that our current age will not get there  |

i don't know if all our answers are worth it because we knew that we are surely dead that time. but there are only 2 thing that surely happen , either Bitcoin will be dead by then or bitcoin will be the currency world will be using. maybe that time there will be a single coin that matters in all countries and that is bitcoin because the design of this currency is not for the past neither in present but for the future. when it comes to bitcoin, maybe it doesn't exist or it will become the digital currency of the future as you say. but because the time in question is too far away, so it's hard to imagine. because all those currently still playing crypto may be gone, and there is already a replacement for a new one. is it not possible there will be a new replacement of bitcoin? all of them can not analyze precisely, but it is true that the purpose of bitcoin is the digital money of the future. but whether it can be realized or not only time will determine. you have almost mentioned again what i've said , completely and you just repeat using other words lol. but thanks at least you knew what is coming and what futures ahead might bring the bitcoin world. Oh~ 100 years is too long for me.Although I firmly believe in Bitcoin, I care more about the life in front of me.Bitcoin can double my assets in 3 years.

I think there will more technological innovations that might have birth to more alternative to Bitcoin in 100 years time and there is possiblity of Bitcoin still existing but might not enjoy a massive popularity as it is now , of course as long as stock, forex, commodities markets continue to exist so also will Bitcoin continue to exist too but more creative financial ideas will continue to evolve Bitcoin era will phase out but will exist for other new projects. it's up to people or individuals around that period to adopt or choose whichever project suit them for their personal purposes because human lives are in era or phases. |

well i hope we all live that long . and I think what you mention makes sense because the world is always evolving towards digital and cryptocurrencies will be common at that time. and according to many predictions that years the bitcoin supply limit will approach the maximum and I think the value is will very high compared to today. |

am not sure if bitcoin will survive that long , because there will be surely another currency that will make its way to the top as there are many issues bitcoin network is facing and if all of those leakage will be covered by a new coin then what will hinder to break bitcoin position and bring this once great coin to the lowering position.
100 years is way too long to predict, but just if we conclude for the next decade bitcoin will be there and who knows it still could be a leading crypto currency just like now. But yes some or other currency may have more demand than btc considering the price but still the king of all might not go away so easily as far as I understand it. decade and another decade might be predictable but 100 years? none of us are still alive those days and so there is no purpose of talking about this in our time now. ~

100 years is far away from today but on my own sights I think many more people will adopt the bitcoin, but it is not sure only time can tell what will happen to bitcoin in 100 years from now. There is always a possibility that bitcoin will also end up to zero value it is always depend on the next update or issue to be more safe I only invest an amount that we can afford to loss.

As long as the earth’s civilization is still there, Bitcoin will exist in 100 years. The cost of Bitcoin mining will not let Bitcoin disappear out of thin air. I have hope for Bitcoin, and I believe it will not be easily defeated by other coins. I have seen many people say that they want to hold Bitcoin for 100 years. The probability is that it will be left to his offspring. However, whether his offspring can be patient and whether they can hold Bitcoin is still a question.

100 years are really too far away, and the people in the forum will not last until 100 years later. The current network technology is too advanced. In just a few decades of development, 2021 will be many times stronger than in 1921. Conversely, think about how many new, unknown, and high-tech things will appear in 100 years. People used to have a comparison of bitcoin along with gold. In my understanding gold has got years and years of history, through the same it has gained its value. Maybe similar thing can happen with bitcoin. Now we're in the very early days. I'm sure it'll grow in a sustained manner, which probably makes more of the gold investors give importance to bitcoin.

I think bitcoin will be around in a 100 years. Gold has been around for thousands of years and fiat money has been around for nearly a century. Bitcoin will be here as long as it survives regulations or any unforeseen technical issues.
If Bitcoin were to last as long as gold and paper money, then Bitcoin would be recognized as the most acceptable currency in the world. But if Bitcoin is imagined in the next 100 years, it is the most in the world It can be said for sure that it will be recognized as an acceptable currency. |
