    Most common stressor is an anxiety that people commit suicides or worse depression and this problem must be addressed by the specialist person that's study how to calm and meditate the behavior of people who experienced this scenario. Anxiety and depression doesn't only hit the lonely people but it hits anyone and at any age. It's sad to see those reports people that have depression ending their lives.

It's a hard battle for the world to overcome this problem with those people that are weak in emotion and doesn't have anyone to cry on.

I've seen people that made the situation easy when the topic is all about depression. It is true that people that experienced depression and anxiety will understand those that have felt it.

But to those that have never felt it, they'll never know how hard to beat it.

Anxiety and depression doesn't only hit the lonely people but it hits anyone and at any age. It's sad to see those reports people that have depression ending their lives.

It is true they could occur to anyone even those who we see as a happy person could be battling against it.
Some people are good on hiding it and it is so sad that they would just suddenly commit suicide without the people around them knowing that they are under anxiety or depressed.
It would be a huge help if the people who have anxiety and depression would reach out or talk to some of their friends for help.
And for those people who would get a message from their friend or love ones please help them it might not be just another drama but they could really be having anxiety or depression.

Depression start from a little problem becomes bigger when someone does not know how to solve the problem. When it happens in school, it starts with a bully from other students, making that student feel bad and does not want to meet anybody, even if they do not want to go to school.

If their parents do not know what is happening with their children, it will become bigger and at the peak, making the victim commit suicide. It's happening in many places, and even the counselor can not always help them because it is not easy for the victim to tell their problem.

I don't understand the bolded part very well, but I guess it's trying to say that lonely people mostly experience depression and anxiety?
I don't think it's true assuming that what it means. Maybe the depression causes people to be lonely rather than natural loner are depressed people.
I actually enjoy being lonely, doing very useful things alone . Mingling with noisy people, especially those who spread hopelessness, fear, pessimism, etc made me feel depressed and defeated back then. Whenever I'm alone I became rejuvenate and happy.
Hardly experienced that since I found the TRUTH.

"Loneliness kills", Being alone and lonely is completely different.

When someone feel that loneliness then they are facing some kind of mental disturbance which can be a small thing or big thing.

But many people don't know how to get out of it, so they get into a depressed state and the extreme reaction can be suicidal thoughts.

I agree with you, once we reach herd immunity (about 80% of the population vaccinated) life can go back to normal. People are already afraid of the next corona wave, that is why vaccinations are so important. The anxiety most people face are either health related, which is mostly corona at the moment, or economical, like the risk of losing your job. If we can finally contain the corona pandemic than most anxieties should also disappear and life will be back to normal.

I don't understand the bolded part very well, but I guess it's trying to say that lonely people mostly experience depression and anxiety?
I don't think it's true assuming that what it means. Maybe the depression causes people to be lonely rather than natural loner are depressed people.
I actually enjoy being lonely, doing very useful things alone . Mingling with noisy people, especially those who spread hopelessness, fear, pessimism, etc made me feel depressed and defeated back then. Whenever I'm alone I became rejuvenate and happy.
Hardly experienced that since I found the TRUTH.

"Loneliness kills", Being alone and lonely is completely different.

When someone feel that loneliness then they are facing some kind of mental disturbance which can be a small thing or big thing.

But many people don't know how to get out of it, so they get into a depressed state and the extreme reaction can be suicidal thoughts.
Ofcourse. And you can still be surrounded by people and still be lonely if you don't get what you desperately need.
Depression can hit someone who loses something he/she puts all/most of his hopes in especially if he/she thinks there is no way out of the situation. I think if people gather around the person, identify the problem, give hope and also show love, by probably providing a good alternative to the lost things, that person will quickly recover once he realize there is hope and that he/she is loved.

Better if there's a combination but sure a care from the people you love is really going to increase the chance and will help someone who's going through with it to overcome depression.

If you feel that you or someone you know may be suffering with depression, then please don't be afraid to speak out.
Be confident that someone will listen to you and support you.
There's no guarantee that a person will voice it out. There are those who have been struggling with such and are afraid to tell it to anybody because of their feeling that they might be thought of being crazy because in some places, it's normalized that this is just a small thing and people are not serious about it because they haven't experienced it.

Not only in school but more so in our home, because everything starts in our home, parents should nurture their children's mental heatlh and watch out for every sign of anxiety that will lead to depression, school is very depressing for some children, and intervention at the right time is very important but parents should be the one to get the alarm if the child is suffering from depression.

People today are often going to facebook in order to let their frustrations and anger off their chest. I find it not good but as long as they don't do physical violence it's still going to be good for them. There should however have some facebook groups to join with if you got some problems. I think Facebook should start sending compensation to group admins who can make their community work peacefully and help each other.

There is no cure for depression but making you forget what made you depress helps you go on with your life.

Curious if someone is using fidget toys for anxiety? I just read an interesting article about them, never knew something like that exists. Would love to buy one for my friend as a present but not sure what to choose. Please share your experience.
I have 3 fidgets in my office and i use them when i felt like being boring , when i am out of time in reports or even when i am stressed , and yes this is one  of the best stress reliever when i am alone in my office and cannot go out because of hectic schedule .

Fidget toys for anxiety is something I have tried before and was experiencing some calmness and peace.   Some I tried are the fidget spinner which I enjoyed but also Pocket slider puzzle and also the Newton’s cradle.

from feelings of uselessness, hopelessness and not getting a solution from these feelings makes a person anxious and then depressed. Children who go to school tend to be depressed because they don't have friends at school and are always silent. the solution is just enjoy life, positive energy and self-confidence must also be there to make yourself strong. but I think it's better to come to a psychology doctor to treat feelings of anxiety.

Anxiety does make a person depressed. Too many long but negative thoughts and fantasies make the mind anxious. The only way to do this is to think optimistically, live a healthy lifestyle, and not think too much. Everything starts from a thought, therefore we must be able to control our thoughts in an optimistic direction. and prejudiced good the future.

I also have anxiety attacks and I've also gone through a lot of battles with my anxiety but whenever I feel anxious I apply the techniques I wrote on my notepad.                     
                 
What to do when i feel anxious ? 

I have 9 ways to deal with my anxiety. 
 
1.Think of yourself as a firefighter or a soldier.
2.Cool down anxious thoughts
3.Get some or another perspective         
4.Soothe your system and also mind
5.Share and Talk it out
6.Do not ignore
7.Wait it out
8.Be Mindful
