   Most common stressor is an anxiety that people commit suicides or worse depression and this problem must be addressed by the specialist person that's study how to calm and meditate the behavior of people who experienced this scenario. Mostly happened this case is where in the school that a kind of people who are very loner they are prone of this case cause they are problematical person that's why every school has a guidance counselor to settle down and calm the student

Actually we can prevent from having these cases if we will be finding time with our family because stress and anxiety mostly comes to those lonely people , maybe not lonely in physical but mentally they are lonely.

people who does not love sharing their feelings and experiences.

and most of them are people who are being bullied in their younger years.

I have a family member who suffered from depression at school many years ago, and there is still no sign of improvement. We also endured a lot of pain as a result.

Lucky that i have a loving family mate, from my parents and siblings and now that i have my own family , having a loving wife and kids .

Curious if someone is using fidget toys for anxiety? I just read an interesting article about them, never knew something like that exists. Would love to buy one for my friend as a present but not sure what to choose. Please share your experience.
I have 3 fidgets in my office and i use them when i felt like being boring , when i am out of time in reports or even when i am stressed , and yes this is one  of the best stress reliever when i am alone in my office and cannot go out because of hectic schedule .

More anxiety is depression. I have been tortured by depression for a long time, I don't know. I have a bad temper. After a lot of setbacks, I have nothing. But after thinking about it a lot, I started to change myself, a little bit slowly, only to realize that it was not particularly difficult.

Fidget toys for anxiety is something I have tried before and was experiencing some calmness and peace.   Some I tried are the fidget spinner which I enjoyed but also Pocket slider puzzle and also the Newton’s cradle.

from feelings of uselessness, hopelessness and not getting a solution from these feelings makes a person anxious and then depressed. Children who go to school tend to be depressed because they don't have friends at school and are always silent. the solution is just enjoy life, positive energy and self-confidence must also be there to make yourself strong. but I think it's better to come to a psychology doctor to treat feelings of anxiety.

Anxiety does make a person depressed. Too many long but negative thoughts and fantasies make the mind anxious. The only way to do this is to think optimistically, live a healthy lifestyle, and not think too much. Everything starts from a thought, therefore we must be able to control our thoughts in an optimistic direction. and prejudiced good the future.

I also have anxiety attacks and I've also gone through a lot of battles with my anxiety but whenever I feel anxious I apply the techniques I wrote on my notepad.                     
                 
What to do when i feel anxious ? 

I have 9 ways to deal with my anxiety. 
 
1.Think of yourself as a firefighter or a soldier.
2.Cool down anxious thoughts
3.Get some or another perspective         
4.Soothe your system and also mind
5.Share and Talk it out
6.Do not ignore
7.Wait it out
8.Be Mindful
